    • A connecting plate has: bus bars which connect a plurality of batteries; a voltage-detection terminal unit which is connected to be overlapped to the bus bars and through which a voltage of a desired one of the batteries is detected; an electric wire connected to the voltage-detection terminal unit; and a molded resin board to which these components are integrally fixed. In the voltage-detection terminal unit, a device mounting portion onto which a circuit protecting device is to be mounted is integrally formed between an overlap contact portion opposed to the bus bar, and an electric wire connecting portion. The device mounting portion is exposed to the outside through a device mounting window which is opened in the molded resin board, a circuit protecting device mounted onto the device mounting portion is housed in the device mounting window, and slits are formed around the device mounting window in the molded resin board.

    • A power supply device, which is simply assembled and in which a cell assembly and a measuring section are freely inserted and detached, is provided. A power supply device 1 includes a cell assembly 2, a plurality of first bus bars 51, a plate 3 to which the plurality of bus bars 51 are attached. The plate is overlapped on the cell assembly 2. The cell assembly 2 has a plurality of cells 21 respectively including positive electrodes 23 at one ends and negative electrodes 24 at the other ends. The first bus bars 51 connect the positive electrodes 23 of the one cells 21 to the negative electrodes 24 of the other cells 21 of the cell assembly 2 which are mutually adjacent when the plate 3 is overlapped or overlaid on the cell assembly 2. The power supply device 1 includes a positioning unit 71 that relatively positions the cell assembly 2 to the plate 3 and a guide unit 72 that guides the plurality of first bus bars 51 to positions where the first bus bars 51 connect the respectively corresponding positive electrodes 23 to the negative electrodes 24 when the plate 3 is attached to the cell assembly 2.

    • There is provided a power supply circuit, in which cost reduction is realized by reducing the number of electric wires. An inverter 3 and a motor 4 are supplied with power by a high-voltage battery 21. Relays 22a to 22c are provided between the high-voltage battery 21 and the inverter 3. Both ends of each of relay coils C provided to the relays 22a to 22c are connected to an ECU 5, and the ECU 5 controls a current flowing through the relay coils C and thereby controls the turning on and off of the relays 22a to 22c. A service plug 6 is detachably provided between batteries making up the high-voltage battery 21, and when the service plug 6 is detached, the supply of power from the high-voltage battery 21 to the inverter 3 and the motor 4 is blocked and when the service plug 6 is attached, the supply of power from the high-voltage battery 21 to the inverter 3 and the motor 4 is enabled. An interlock switch 7 is turned off when the service plug 6 is detached, is turned on when the service plug 6 is attached, and is connected between the ECU 5 and the relay coils C.

    • A battery connection plate has a plurality of bus bars provided on a base plate section and is to be attached to a battery assembly containing a stacked plurality of batteries so that the bus bars are connected to terminals on the batteries. The base plate section has a wiring member attachment section to which a plurality of signal output wires connected to the bus bars can be wired, and window sections through which bosses can be inserted are formed on wiring paths of the signal output wires at the wiring member attachment section. The signal output wires are wired so as to bypass or wind around the bosses inserted into the window sections, and then the bosses are pulled out from the window sections, and thereby surplus length sections are formed on the signal output wires.
