Furthermore, the CPU 12a adds a correction value according to the calculated rate of rise to the time product of inverse number of the calculated reach time, corrects the time product of inverse number of the reach time and judges that COHb in blood reaches 10% based on the time product of inverse number of the corrected reach time.
