    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a formation method of a laminated spray coating film that has a high adhesion strength, and consists of dissimilar metals in an arbitrary order and with arbitrary thickness, and can also improve working efficiency and reduce cost.SOLUTION: A formation method of a laminated spray coating film according to the present invention forms lamination of multiple spray coating films consisting of dissimilar metals on a substrate by electric arc spray. The formation method includes a high speed arc spray process which includes steps of: fusing a thermal spray material consisting of wire metals by arc discharge to provide a metal droplets; atomizing the metal droplets to produce spray particles by blowing high-pressure and high-flow air near arc point so as to make arc point negative pressure; and spraying the spray particles on the substrate by the high-pressure and high-flow air to form a spray coating film. By repeating the high speed arc spray process using dissimilar thermal spray materials two times or more, the lamination of multiple spray coating films consisting of dissimilar metals is formed.

Further, the supply pipe part 4 of the supply body 1 is provided with an agitation vessel 4B housing a blade body 4A for mixing. Then, the coating supply body 1 is gripped by the thumb/the middle finger/the fore finger and pressing operation of a press-down-type lever 8 is performed by the fore finger so that the base end part is positioned at the back side of the hand so as freely to change the direction of the brush 2 by twisting the wrist.

The vicinity of the base end of the brush is hardened with a resin. The airless tip sprays paint directly to the object to be painted. The respective semi-wires 13 are loosened and a front end part of an insulator set A is made to hang downward. The insulator set A is removed from the steel tower and the semi sheave 12, for replacement with a new insulator set A.
