    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a stopper mechanism for, in an operation of a vibration device for a small-scale building such as a residence, restricting the amount of excessive displacement in the horizontal direction of a mass member during charging excessive exciting force by an earthquake, for example, and to realize a mechanism for jacking up the mass member from a base member in changing a spring member in a simple and compact structure without requiring a special member.
      SOLUTION: The stopper mechanism restricts a relative displacement amount in the horizontal direction of a mass fitting 20 with respect to the base member 16 by abutting of a stopper bolt 32 on an engaging part 36, by projecting the stopper bolt 32 from the mass fitting 20 toward the base member 16 and inserting the stopper bolt 32 into a through hole 38 in the engaging part 36 disposed in the base member 16. An abutting force of an abutting nut 46 on the engaging part 36 is exerted as a jack up force to the mass fitting 20 via the stopper bolt 32 by fastening the abutting nut 46 screwed with the stopper bolt 32 while butting the abutting nut 46 on the engaging part 36.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pavement material for a draining elastic pavement, having little sinking of wheels, having high adhesive force to a roadbed, and excellent in performance for draining water impregnated in the material in raining.
      SOLUTION: A pavement material 10 is a flat plate having the thickness in the range of 20 to 50 mm and formed by mixing urethane binder to a rubber chip aggregate, compression-molding it, and hardening it by processing at 150°C for 10 minutes. The spring constant of the pavement material may be in the range of 30 to 120 kgf/mm, preferably, in the range of 40 to 100 kgf/mm. Therefore, sinking of wheels of the vehicle to the pavement material can be decreased. A plurality of drain holes 11 extending from the front surface 10a side to a contact surface 10b as the back surface and having the circular sections are provided on the pavement material, water is absorbed in drain holes if there are puddles on the front surface in raining, and therefore, drainage performance can be improved without increasing the porosity. Accordingly, the coefficient of friction in braking of the wheels can be prevented from being deteriorated while maintaining strength of the pavement material.

The mass fitting 20 is fixed to the base member 16 if necessary, by fastening and fixing the stopper bolt 32 to the engaging part 36 with fixing nuts 46 and 48 screwed with the stopper bolt 32.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paving material for water draining elastic pavement having high bonding force on a roadbed and excellent water draining property of water sank into the inside thereof when it rains.
      SOLUTION: A paving material 10 is a flat plate having a thickness of 20 to 50 mm and is hardened and formed by mixing urethane binder with rubber chip aggregate and compressing and molding them for heat treatment. A cut-in part 11 is provided orthogonally for the direction of advance of a vehicle on a surface side 10a of the paving material 10. As a result, it is possible to prevent the reduction of friction coefficient of a road surface at the time of braking and suppress the hydroplaning phenomenon. Moreover, the water draining performance of the paving material can be improved without increasing a cavity rate thereof so that the strength of the paving material and the bonding strength on a roadbed are not reduced.

      SOLUTION: Drain grooves 11 each of which has the semicircular section are provided on a contact surface 10b side to a roadbed 13, in a pavement material 10. The drain grooves are so inclined as to be prevented from being simultaneously trampled by both wheels of a vehicle, and they are provided at such angles that the wheel on the road center C side passes the drain groove earlier than the wheel on the road shoulder K side. The pavement material is fixed by being bonded to the roadbed provided on the ground surface 14 by using adhesives 12. Since a time lag is generated in pressing of both wheels of the vehicle to the drain grooves, water in the drain grooves can be efficiently drained by both right and left wheels, and water in the pavement material can be efficiently drained. Therefore, water can be restrained from rising to the surface of the pavement material caused by traveling of the vehicle, strength of the pavement material is secured, and the coefficient of friction in braking can be prevented from being deteriorated.
