摘要： Provided is a simulation method, whereby the calibration operation load can be reduced while minimizing a lowering in prediction accuracy, and a simulation apparatus. It is also intended to provide a biological treatment method, whereby the required operation load can be reduced, and a biological treatment apparatus. These problems can be solved by employing as parameters the maximum reaction speed in the reaction of decomposing a material to be treated with a bacterium and the amount of the above-described material to be treated that is loaded per bacterial cell in a unit time during the biological treatment process or the amount of the above-described material that has been treated per bacterial cell in a unit time in a state where these parameters are in a definite functional relation.

摘要： A blow-molded container includes a container body having a body portion that forms a square shape in a cross-sectional view orthogonal to a container axis; and in-mold labels, which are integrally glued on outer peripheral surfaces of glued portions, ranging from corner surfaces to respective planar portions continuing on both sides of corner surfaces around the container axis, in body portion. Among front and back surfaces of in-mold labels, multiple recesses are formed over entire back surfaces, which are glued to the outer peripheral surfaces of the glued portions. When tensile elasticity of in-mold labels is E (MPa) and thickness of in-mold labels is t (mm), E×t3 is 0.20 or less. When the radius of curvature of the corner surfaces is R (mm) and angle formed between the planar portions is θ (°) in a cross-sectional view of the glued portions, R×θ2 is 45000 or more.

A principal means of this invention to solve the technical problem described above is in-mold labels used as an inserted material and adhered to the outer peripheral wall of a container main-body concurrently when the main body is being molded, said labels including an adhesive layer to be adhered to the outer peripheral wall of the container main-body, wherein this adhesive layer has depressed portions on a back surface thereof, the depressed portions being formed by embossing and being disposed in a regular pattern.

摘要： An image forming apparatus provided with an image forming part capable of reproducing on a recording medium an image information frame recorded on a microfilm. The apparatus effects a decision as to whether or not image information is present within the range of a prescribed width inwardly of the edge of the image information frame. When the presence of the image information in the range mentioned above is discerned, the part of the projected light reaching the image forming part which falls outside the edge is intercepted and the image information within the image information frame is completely reproduced on the recording medium. When the absence of the image information in the aforementioned range is confirmed, the part of the projected light which falls outside the edge and within the range of the prescribed width inwardly of the edge is intercepted so that the background part of the negative film is not reproduced on the recording medium. The position of the edge of the image information frame is discerned by the fact that the density of the projected light is automatically detected with a sensor while the light is en route to the image forming part. During the detection of the position of the edge of the image information frame, the detection of the density of the projected light is performed outwardly from the central part of the image information frame.

摘要： A rotor of a rotating electric machine includes a cylindrical rotor core, a plurality of coil slots provided on an outer periphery of the rotor core along a rotor axis direction, rotor coils disposed in the coil slots by laminating a plurality of field conductors through an insulation material, a rotor wedge disposed at an opening end portion of the coil slot so as to support the rotor coil, a coil ventilation duct formed in the coil slot so as to pass through the rotor coils, the rotor wedge and the insulation material, and sub-slots provided at bottom portions of the coil slots so as to be communicated with rotor core ends and the coil ventilation ducts. In such a rotor of a rotating electric machine, the coil slot, the sub-slots and the coil ventilation duct constitute a cooling gas channel for distributing a cooling gas to thereby cool the rotor coils. A depth in a diameter direction of each sub-slot from the rotor coil end to a nearest coil ventilation duct is larger than a depth of the sub-slot at a portion near a center of the rotor core.
