摘要： Ethylene polymer particles having an intrinsic viscosity [η] of 5 dl/g to 30 dl/g, a degree of crystallinity of as high as 80% or more, and a specific shape on the surface of the particles. The ethylene polymer particles can be obtained by carrying out polymerization of olefins including ethylene using an olefin polymerization catalyst containing a solid titanium catalyst component including magnesium, halogen and titanium under specific conditions. The ethylene polymer particles obtained by a solid phase method, such as solid phase drawing molding, are capable of providing a molded article with high strength.

The ethylene polymer particles have an intrinsic viscosity [η] of 5 dl/g to 30 dl/g, a degree of crystallinity of as high as 80% or more, and a specific shape on the surface of the particles. 摘要： Disclosed is a solid titanium catalyst component for olefin polymerization comprising magnesium, titanium, halogen, and (C) a phthalic diester represented by the following structural formula (i): ##STR1## wherein R is a branched hydrocarbon group of 7 carbon atoms, and two or R may be the same as or different from each other. Also disclosed are a process for preparing the solid titanium catalyst component, an olefin polymerization catalyst containing said solid titanium catalyst component and a process for olefin polymerization using the olefin polymerization catalyst. According to the present invention, the olefin polymer having high stereoregularity can be produced in a prominently high yield per catalyst unit.

摘要： A power semiconductor module applied to a power converting apparatus for a railway car includes an element pair formed by connecting an IGBT and an SiC-FWD in anti-parallel to each other and an element pair formed by connecting an Si-IGBT and an SiC-FWD in anti-parallel to each other. The element pair and the element pair are housed in one module and configured as a 2-in-1 module in a manner that the first element pair operates as a positive side arm of the power converting apparatus and the second element pair operates as a negative side arm of the power converting apparatus. The element pairs are formed such that a ratio of an occupied area of SiC-FWD chips to an occupied area of IGBT chips in the element pairs is equal to or higher than 15% and lower than 45%.
