摘要： A flash lamp fixing with a simple structure, capable of obtaining an even distribution of high-level luminous energy over a large area on the surface of a paper sheet illuminated by a flash lamp. In the flash lamp fixing device, the half breadth L.sub.1 of the aperture of the reflector is set so as to satisfy the equation V/T.gtoreq.L.sub.1 .gtoreq.V/T-L.sub.2 /2, where V is the conveying speed of a paper sheet; T is the flash cycle of the flash lamp; L.sub.1 is the half breadth of the aperture of the reflector; and L.sub.2 is the length of an area in which fixing can be done by one flash of the flash lamp. Where .theta..sub.1 represents the included angle between a tangent which passes through one of aperture edges, being tangent to the flash lamp on the side of the aperture and the plane of the aperture; and .theta..sub.2 represents the included angle between a tangent which passes through the aperture edge, being tangent to a safety distance critical circle centered on the center of the flash lamp and a plane normal to the aperture plane, the tilt angles of the respective inclined face parts in relation to the plane normal to the aperture plane are set to be not less than .theta..sub.1 and not more than .theta..sub.2.

摘要： It is an object of the present invention to provide a clear coating composition which inhibits a corrosion reaction by containing a rust preventive agent in a clear layer on a silver-plating layer and preventing a corrosive substance such as chlorine ion from contacting with the surface of the silver-plating layer, and develops beautiful silver-plating design for a long time, and an inmold decoration product comprising a silver-plating layer. A clear coating composition used in forming a multilayer coating film comprising a silver-plating layer, said multilayer coating film being obtainable by forming a base coating film layer, a silver-plating layer and a clear coating film layer in succession on a plastic substrate, wherein said clear coating composition is a two-package polyurethane coating composition comprising a main material containing acrylic polyol and a curing agent containing a polyisocyanate compound, the equivalence ratio of an NCO group in said polyisocyanate compound to an OH group in said acrylic polyol (NCO/OH) ranges from 0.8/1 to 1.2/1, and the clear coating composition contains a rust preventive agent in the proportions of 1.0 to 13.0 parts (on a basis of solids weight) with respect to 100 parts by weight of the total of the acrylic polyol and the rust preventive agent.

摘要： An object of the present invention is to provide a water-base metallic coating for automotive interior materials being single-coat metallic finished which is excellent in adhesion to a substrate and fats and oils resistance and is further provided with so high alkali resistance as to be free from being whitened or discolored even by an aqueous high-concentration alkali solution. As a means of achieving this object, the water-base metallic coating for automotive interior materials according to the present invention comprises a metallic pigment and a vehicle, and is characterized in that the vehicle includes: a first water-based hydro-dispersion resin (A) obtained by hydro-dispersing, without using a surfactant, an acrylic resin which indispensably contains isobomyl methacrylate as a monomer component and no styrene and has a theoretical Tg in a range from 80 to 140° C., an acid value in a range from 10 to 25 mgKOH/g, and an SP value in a range from 9.5 to 10.0; and a second water-based hydro-dispersion resin (B) obtained by hydro-dispersing, without using a surfactant, an acid-modified chlorinated polyolefin resin having an acid modification quantity in a range from 1.6 to 2.5% by mass, a chlorine content in a range from 18 to 25%, and a weight average molecular weight in a range from 50,000 to 80,000.

The aqueous coating composition for automotive upholstery comprises a resin emulsion as an essential component, wherein the resin emulsion includes poly(olefin chloride) resin emulsion A and pure acrylic resin emulsion B in a weight ratio (A/B) of 25/75˜30/70 in terms of solid content, wherein poly(olefin chloride) resin emulsion A is an emulsion of a poly(olefin chloride) resin having a chlorine content of 22˜25 wt % in terms of solid content and a weight-average molecular weight of 60,000˜80,000, and wherein pure acrylic resin emulsion B is an emulsion of a pure acrylic resin having a glass transition temperature of not lower than 40° C.
