摘要： The present invention provides: an aqueous primer coating composition of which the deterioration of the water resistance is prevented with the high adhesion maintained, and which is excellent in the gasohol resistance and the pigment dispersion stability; and a thing coated with this aqueous primer coating composition. The aqueous primer coating composition according to the present invention, comprises acid anhydride-modified poly(olefin chloride) emulsion resin (A), aqueous alkyd resin (B) and aqueous novolac-type epoxy resin (C), wherein the contents of the (A), (B), and (C) are (A) 20 to 60 weight %, (B) 10 to 60 weight %, and (C) 10 to 60 weight % in terms of solid content weight % to the total resin solid content in the composition. The coated thing, according to the present invention, is coated with the present invention aqueous primer coating composition.

摘要： The present invention provides: an aqueous primer coating composition, which can form a coating film excellent in the humidity-resisting adhesion and the gasohol resistance, and which can enhance the productivity in the coating steps; a process for formation of a coating film using this composition; and a coated article. The aqueous primer coating composition comprises an acid-anhydride-modified chlorinated polyolefin emulsion resin (A), an aqueous urethane dispersion (B), an aqueous epoxy resin (C), and an organic strong base and/or its salt (D); wherein: relative to the total nonvolatile content of the (A), (B), and (C), the nonvolatile content of the (A) is in the range of 20 to 60 weight %, that of the (B) is in the range of 10 to 40 weight %, and that of the (C) is in the range of 20 to 60 weight %, and further, the (D) is in the range of 1 to 5 weight %. The process for formation of a coating film comprises the steps of: coating a substrate with this aqueous primer coating composition; and thereafter drying the resultant primer coating film in such a manner that its nonvolatile content will not be less than 60 weight %; and thereafter overcoating the primer coating film with a base paint and a clear paint; and thereafter baking the resultant three-layered coating film onto the substrate.

摘要： Polymer particles having a small particle diameter and a narrow particle diameter distribution are obtained by a continuous polymerization method which does not accompany an increase of cohering products attaching to an inner face of a reaction vessel and an air-bubble invasion and, in which stirring of a material solution for polymerization is easy. An emulsion polymerization reaction or a suspension polymerization reaction is carried out by supplying a material solution for polymerization continuously to a clearance between coaxial double cylinders, which have stretched toward a direction crossing a horizontal plane, from the end side of the cylinders, by rotating at least one of the double cylinders round the axis and thereby, causing Taylor vortices. The polymer particles thus-formed are obtained by through the other end side of the double cylinders to the outside.

An emulsion includes: A styrene-acryl-acid grafted polyolefin chloride, which includes a polyolefin chloride structure moiety (1), an acid anhydride and/or carboxylic acid structure moiety (2) bonded to the moiety (1) and a styrene-acryl based polymerization chain moiety (3) bonded to the moiety (2) excluding some of the acid anhydride groups and/or carboxylic acid groups, wherein a ratio of the moiety (2) to a sum of the moiety (1) and the moiety (2) is 1-10 weight %; an emulsifier; a basic substance made of at least one of amine compound and ammonia; and water. A production process of an emulsion includes the step of preparing a suspension including the respective materials of an emulsion and further includes the step of reacting the materials.
