摘要： The invention offers an anisotropic electroconductive sheet suitable for connecting with pin electrodes of a through-hole-mounting type. The sheet has electrical conductivity in the direction of thickness. The sheet comprises a base film formed using a porous film (1) that is made of synthetic resin and that has electrically insulating property. The porous film (1) is provided with a plurality of holes (3) that are formed in the direction of thickness so that pin electrodes (2) can be through-hole-mounted. The inner walls of the holes (3) are coated with metals (4). The inserted pin electrodes (2) become electrically continuous, through the metals (4), with the surface opposite to the surface from which the pin electrodes (2) are inserted. It is desirable that a porous film have, at the side from which the electrodes are through-hole-mounted, a nonporous film that is made of synthetic resin and that has electrically insulating property and the nonporous film be provided with a plurality of holes that are formed in the direction of thickness so that the pin electrodes can be through-hole-mounted.

摘要： The object of the invention is to provide an anisotropic conductive sheet which obtains good conductivity without damaging a wafer of a semiconductor nor electrode terminals of a conduction measurement instrument due to loading during inspection of the wafer. An anisotropic conductive sheet 1 of the invention is formed such that a porous resin layer is formed on inner walls of a plurality of through holes perforated in the thickness direction of an electrically insulating porous sheet 2, and the surfaces of skeletons of the porous resin are coated with metal. Examples of the porous resin layer include those which are obtained by means of foaming a fluororubber or a tetrafluoroethylene-propylene copolymer rubber, having an open-cell structure, and cross-liking the same through irradiation with electron beams. The sheet is particularly favorable for a porous resin.

摘要： The present invention improves the concentricity after expansion process of a heat shrinkable tube which is required to have a thin wall and hardness, and further aims to obtain elongation of 100% or more in a heat aging test, copperstability test, and heat shock test. The heat shrinkable tube satisfying such aim uses a medium- or high-density polyethylene that has a molecular weight distribution (Mw/Mn) of 30 to 55, an MFR of 0.05 to 0.2, and a specific gravity of 0.94 to 0.96. A medium- or high-density polyethylene obtained by combining an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, ethylene-ethylacrylate copolymer, ethylene-methylacrylate copolymer, and ethylene-ethylmethacrylate copolymer may be used. More preferably, for an antioxidant, phenol-based and sulfur-based antioxidants are used together and zinc oxide is added.
