摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an aluminum nitride-containing material producible at a lower production cost comparing with heretofore. SOLUTION: The production method comprises the processes for: arranging aluminum pieces 21 on boron nitride powders or particles 20; generating an aluminum nitride-containing material by heating the boron nitride 20 and aluminum piece 21 at a temperature of 900 to 1,300°C in a nitrogen atmosphere of 5-30 atm to melt the aluminum piece (a first heat treatment process); cooling the resultant material; and increasing the content of aluminum nitride in the above material by re-heating the material at the temperature of 900 to 1,300°C in the nitrogen atmosphere of 5-30 atm. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitor type storage battery that a charging time is short, a life is long, and a high output voltage can be attained.
SOLUTION: The capacitor type storage battery includes an insulating sheet 10 inside which a plurality of particles 14 of compound powder whose surface of particle of conductive core powder is covered with an insulating film and the insulating film is covered with a conductive film for covering are dispersed, a first conductive film 11 which is formed on one surface of the insulating sheet 10 and is connected with a first terminal, and a second conductive film 12 which is formed on another surface of the insulating sheet 10 and is connected with a second terminal. The particle 14 of compound powder functions as a capacitor. Moreover, the battery includes an insulating spacer film which is located on the first conductive film 11 or the second conductive film 12. Preferably, a multilayer composed of the insulating sheet 10, first conductive film 11, second conductive film 12 and insulating spacer film is rolled up like a roll.
