    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitor-type storage battery having a short charging time, long lifetime, and high output voltage.
      SOLUTION: This storage battery comprises a metal sheet 10, an oxide insulating film 10a formed on the surface of the metal sheet 10, and an electrically conductive film 11 formed on the oxide insulating film 10a. The battery may comprise an oxide insulating film 10a formed on the backside of the metal sheet 10, and an electrically conductive film 11 formed on this oxide insulating film 10a. In this case, the laminated material consisting of the metal sheet 10, the oxide insulating film 10a, and the conductive film 11 may be rolled up into roll-shape.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitor type storage battery that a charging time is short, a life is long, and a high output voltage can be attained.
      SOLUTION: The capacitor type storage battery includes an insulating sheet 10 inside which a plurality of particles 14 of compound powder whose surface of particle of conductive core powder is covered with an insulating film and the insulating film is covered with a conductive film for covering are dispersed, a first conductive film 11 which is formed on one surface of the insulating sheet 10 and is connected with a first terminal, and a second conductive film 12 which is formed on another surface of the insulating sheet 10 and is connected with a second terminal. The particle 14 of compound powder functions as a capacitor. Moreover, the battery includes an insulating spacer film which is located on the first conductive film 11 or the second conductive film 12. Preferably, a multilayer composed of the insulating sheet 10, first conductive film 11, second conductive film 12 and insulating spacer film is rolled up like a roll.
