    • Disclosed is a process for producing a powdery cosmetic having an excellent feeling upon application, an excellent long-lasting property and excellent production efficiency. Specifically disclosed is a process for producing a powdery composition, which comprises: a slurry preparation step of mixing a powder component with a non-volatile oily component in a volatile solvent to prepare a slurry, wherein the non-volatile oily component comprises (A) an amino-modified silicone having a functional group equivalent of 1000 to 10,000 and a viscosity of 200 to 2000 mm2/s at 25° C. and (B) a lipophilic nonionic surfactant; and a drying step of drying the slurry to produce the powdery composition, wherein a drying apparatus to be used for the drying step can dry the slurry in such a manner that the slurry is divided into fine droplets by means of a mechanical shearing force and a drying gas is blown to the fine droplets. Also specifically disclosed is a powdery cosmetic having the above-mentioned properties, which is prepared from a powdery composition produced by the process.

    • The present invention provides a W/O emulsion cosmetic excellent in the feeling in use and stability. The W/O emulsion cosmetic of the present invention comprises the following components (A) to (F): (A) 0.1 to 5 mass % of polyoxyalkylene/alkyl-comodified silicone; (B) polyoxyalkylene-modified silicone, being 0.2 to 3 times in mass with respect to the component (A); (C) 5 to 50 mass % of powder; (D) 10 to 50 mass % of a volatile oil; (E) 1 to 20 mass % of ethanol; and (F) water. In addition, the dispersion stability of powder and viscosity stability of the composition can be improved, by further blending sodium glutamate or by further blending an organically modified clay mineral and diglyceryl diisostearate therein. Furthermore, if glycerin and a specific nonvolatile oil are blended therein, the moisturizing property can be improved.

    • The invention provides a high-strength cold-rolled steel sheet which is improved in elongation and stretch-flangeability and exhibits more excellent formability. The high-strength cold-rolled steel sheet has a composition which contains by mass C: 0.03 to 0.30%, Si: 0.1 to 3.0%, Mn: 0.1 to 5.0%, P: 0.1% or below, S: 0.005% or below, N: 0.01% or below, and Al: 0.01 to 1.00% with the balance consisting of iron and unavoidable impurities. The high-strength cold-rolled steel sheet has a structure which comprises at least 40% (up to 100% inclusive) in terms of area fraction of tempered martensite having a hardness of 300 to 380 Hv and the balance ferrite. The cementite particles in the tempered martensite take such dispersion that 10 or more cementite particles having equivalent-circle diameters of 0.02 to less than 0.1 μm are present per one μm2 of the tempered martensite and three or fewer cementite particles having equivalent-circle diameters of 0.1 μm or above are present per one μm2 of the tempered martensite.
