摘要： An object of the present invention is to provide an Al—Zn—Mg—Cu 7000-series Al alloy having high ductility as well as having high strength. For attaining this purpose, an Al alloy having a structure in which an inclusion is not included is produced by reducing an amount of oxygen contained in an Al alloy that is obtained by solidifying a preform resulting from rapid solidification by preferably spray forming a molten metal of an Al—Zn—Mg—Cu 7000-series Al alloy with an inert gas. This Al alloy has, as mechanical properties at an ordinary temperature, a tensile strength of 600 MPa or more, and an elongation of 15% or more when the tensile strength is from 600 MPa or more and less than 800 MPa or an elongation of 10% or more when the tensile strength is 800 MPa or more, and is excellent in cold workability such as rollability.

Also disclosed is a display device using the Al alloy film. Specifically disclosed is an Al alloy film for a display device, said Al alloy film being directly connected with a transparent conductive film on a substrate of a display device, and containing 0.05-2.0 atom % of Ge, at least one element selected from among element group X (Ni, Ag, Co, Zn and Cu), and 0.02-2 atom % of at least one element selected from among element group Q consisting of the rare earth elements. A Ge-containing deposit and/or a Ge-concentrated part is present in the Al alloy film for a display device. Also specifically disclosed is a display device comprising the Al alloy film.

The steel sheet includes a base steel sheet and a galvanized zinc-coat layer thereon, in which MnO particles are present in an average number of 10 or less per micrometer on a straight line lying in an interface between the galvanized zinc-coat layer and the steel sheet, an Fe—Al—O alloy layer is present at the interface between the MnO particles and the steel sheet, and the length of the Fe—Al—O alloy layer is less than 10% of the overall length of the interface. The alloyed hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, even though having a high Mn content, is resistant to uneven alloying and excels in surface appearance, because the amounts of the MnO particles and the Fe—Al—O alloy layer that cause uneven alloying are controlled.

Also disclosed is a method for producing such a galvannealed steel sheet. The galvannealed steel sheet is obtained by hot-dip galvanizing a base steel, and then alloying the plating layer.
