A liquid display panel 6 or a front panel 201 fixed with the same are set capable of being fixed on the back panel 202 of the body 200 with the display screen inverted upside down.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flowmeter capable of measuring the flow regardless of pressure fluctuation with a reduction in probability of transition from a 1st measurement mode to a 2nd measurement mode. SOLUTION: The flow measurement part 3 measures intermittently the instantaneous flow of the fluid passing through the flow path 1. The flow measurement part 3 is capable of selecting the 1st measurement mode for measuring the instantaneous flow with a longer time interval and smaller power consumption or the 2nd measurement mode for measuring the instantaneous flow with the shorter time interval and larger power consumption. The operation selection part 4c discriminates synchronism and asynchronism between the time interval of measurement and a variation in pressure of fluid passing through the flow path 1 by using a variation pattern of the instantaneous flow obtained by the 1st measurement mode, if it is recognized, directs the interval adjusting part 4b to change the measurement interval in the 1st measurement mode. The operation selection part 4c directs the mode selection part 4a to select the 2nd measurement mode if the variation width of the pressure variation is wider than the prescribed threshold value.
