    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multistory core wall type seismic control high-rise multiple dwelling house building open with a high degree of planning freedom by arranging continuous layer aseismatic walls bearing a greater part of seismic force, as aseismatic elements at a core part, providing an uppermost floor and an intermediate floor with girders for controlling the deformation of the continuous layer aseismatic walls, with a length extending from the continuous layer aseismatic wall to an outer peripheral part, and providing a living room part around the core with wide-span columns and beams or adopting a flat slab without a beam form.
      SOLUTION: The core part 1 of the building is provided with the continuous layer aseismatic walls 2 for bearing a greater part of seismic force, suitably arranged in the required number. The uppermost floor and the intermediate floor are provided with the girders 11, 12 for controlling the deformation of the continuous layer aseismatic walls 2, with the length extending to the outer peripheral part and rigidly joined to the continuous layer aseismatic walls 2. Short-span boundary beams between the continuous aseismatic walls 2 and adjacent columns 15 at a corridor part 14 located between the core part 1 and the outer peripheral living room parts 13 are installed as seismic control beams 16.
