摘要： A laminated resin sheet comprising (A) a laminated base material composed of (A.sup.1) an expanded resin layer and (A.sup.2) a non-expanded resin layer obtained by co-extrusion of (a.sup.1) a blowing agent-containing thermoplastic resin and (a.sup.2) a filler-containing thermoplastic resin containing 9 to 80% by weight of a filler through a T die, having laminated on at least one side thereof (B) synthetic paper comprising a stretched porous thermoplastic resin film containing an inorganic filler. The laminated resin sheet is light and highly rigid and exhibits a beautiful appearance with satisfactory printability and is therefore useful as various display materials and thermoformable sheeting for food trays, etc.

摘要： A paper making shoe press belt includes a reinforcing fiber substrate and a polyurethane laminate. The reinforcing fiber substrate is embedded in at least one layer of the polyurethane laminate. At least one layer of the polyurethane laminate includes a polyurethane obtained by heat-curing a urethane prepolymer together with a mixed curing agent. The urethane prepolymer includes a terminal isocyanate group and is obtained by reacting a diisocyanate compound and a long-chain polyol. The diisocyanate compound includes at least one of toluene-diisocyanate, diphenylmethane-diisocyanate, and paraphenylene-diisocyanate. The mixed curing agent includes 70-99.5 mol % of dimethylthiotoluenediamine and 0.5-30 mol % of a curing agent. The curing agent includes at least one of diethyltoluenediamine and hydroquinone bis (β-hydroxyethyl) ether. An equivalent ratio of active hydrogen groups of the mixed curing agent to isocyanate groups of the urethane prepolymer is from 1.02 to 1.15.

摘要： Disclosed is a shoe press belt (10) which comprises a reinforcing fibrous base material (6) embedded in a polyurethane layer, and has an outer circumference layer (2a) and an inner circumference layer (2b) each formed with a polyurethane. The polyurethane layer constituting the outer circumference layer (2a) comprises a polyurethane which is cured by the reaction of an urethane prepolymer (A) with a curing agent mixture (B). The urethane prepolymer (A) is produced by reacting an isocyanate compound selected from p-phenylene-diisocyanate and 4,4′-methylenebis(phenylisocyanate) with a polytetramethylene glycol and has an isocyanate group at its terminal. The curing agent mixture (B) comprises 1,4-butanediol and an aromatic polyamine having an active hydrogen group (H). The shoe press belt has excellent wear resistance, cracking resistance and bending fatigue resistance.

摘要： In a process for melting, extruding, and forming a thermoplastic synthetic resin, wherein a deckle mounted on a die device of an extruder is moved lengthwise of a slit in the die to thereby vary the length of the slit and to adjust the width of a flat film being extruded, the improvement comprising stopping the leaking of the molten resin around the deckle portion by forcibly cooling the deckle with a cooling medium, such as air, water or the like, so as to increase the viscosity of the molten resin around the deckle, whereby a decreased fluidity of the molten resin occurs.
