摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrophilic coating material for glass for use in the window glass of a refrigeration showcase not becoming cloudy even under a low temperature atmosphere and to provide an outside mirror and a washing stand mirror excellent in anti-fogging properties, self-washing properties and abrasion resistance regardless of fine weather, rainy weather or day and night.
SOLUTION: This hydrophilic resin coating material A is used so as to be applied to a glass base material 5 to form a silica-containing acrylic resin coating layer 4, which satisfies physical properties such that (1) the pencil hardness of the coating layer is 2H or above, (2) the coating layer has hydrophilicity wherein the contact angle of the coating layer with water is 10° or below and (3) the haze degree of the coating layer is 2% or below, on the surface of a cellulose triacetate film base material 3. Since the raindrop adhering to the silica-containing acrylic resin coating layer 4 spreads as a thin water film instantaneously, a visual field is not obstructed. Further, a mirror does not become cloudy by steam of exhalation or a hot spring.

The method comprises receiving an HTTP request from a client device to connect to a destination server. It further comprises extracting a plurality of HTTP headers from the HTTP request using a gateway device in accordance with a user defined configuration to create a subset of the request. Next, it comprises forwarding the subset to an external security device from the gateway device to perform URL policy processing using the request. Finally, it comprises based on a received result of the URL policy processing, transmitting the client request to the destination server.

摘要： The present invention provides a method for forming a cured-resin layer having a surface with antistatic properties. An ultraviolet-curable resin having antistatic properties is laminated on an ultraviolet-curable resin for forming an electrostatic cured surface by curing and the two layers then being simultaneously cured by ultraviolet irradiation thereon. A cured-resin layer is thereby obtained where the surface layer of the cured resin is provided with antistatic properties, and is strongly held by chemical bonding.

摘要： A process for producing a propylene resin formed article with a hard coat is disclosed, comprising forming an ultraviolet-curing acrylic resin coating film on the surface of a propylene resin film or sheet, subjecting the film or sheet with the coating film to thermoforming, and irradiating the coating film to ultraviolet rays to cure said ultraviolet-curing resin, wherein said propylene resin film or sheet is composed of at least a propylene resin surface layer containing substantially no nucleating agent on which surface is coated said acrylic resin film and a thermoplastic resin base layer containing a nucleating agent which is laminated on the other side of said propylene resin surface layer prior to the thermoforming. The hard coat on the propylene resin formed article has high gloss.
