摘要： This invention aims to provide a favorable feel coating film having gently soft feel (comfortable feel), a coating composition for forming the coating film, and fine particles of a polymer for incorporation in the coating composition, and concerns with fine particles of lanolin-deposited polyurethane resin obtainable by reacting at least one of polyesters and polyethers with polyisocyanate having at least two isocyanate groups in a poor solvent in the presence of a lanolin derivative; a coating composition comprising (i) at least one binder resin selected from the group consisting of polyester resins and polyether resins, the binder resin having a specific glass transition temperature, a specific number average molecular weight and a specific hydroxyl value, (ii) polyisocyanate having at least two isocyanate groups, (iii) the fine particles of polyurethane resin as described above, and (iv) an organic solvent; and an article coated with the coating composition.

摘要： The present invention aims to give a two package curing type polyurethane coating composition which can form a film having soft, wet and dry feelings simultaneously and which maintains general properties such as designing property, film strength, pot life, resistance to scratching and discoloration, resistance to stains with fats and oils and the like, and to provide a coated article with the coating composition. The two package curing type polyurethane coating composition comprises a resin solution containing an acrylic polyol and a curing agent solution containing a polyisocyanate. The resin solution contains urethane resin beads (A) in the amount of 25 to 50 parts by weight and an organic matting agent (B) in the amount of 3 to 10 parts by weight, and the total of (A) and (B) is at least 30 parts by weight in 100 parts by weight of solid contents of the resin solution. And the equivalent ratio of OH groups/NCO groups of the acrylic polyol and the polyisocyanate is in the range of 4.5:1 to 1.5:1.

An expandable coating composition yields an expanded coating film and contains (a) a polyol compound, (b) an isocyanate compound, and (c) water; the (a) polyol compound reacts with a part of the (b) isocyanate compound, thereby yielding polyurethane resin; the remaining (b) isocyanate compound reacts with the (c) water, thereby yielding carbon dioxide; the polyurethane resin has a breaking strength of 5 N/cm2 or greater and less than 200 N/cm2 in a case in which an elongation percentage thereof is 100% or less; and the polyurethane resin has a breaking strength of 5 N/cm2 to 1,500 N/cm2 in a case in which an elongation percentage thereof is more than 100%.
