    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a virtual sport system that is used for rehabilitation or a training system and directly and at high speed locates a mark which moves at ball hitting timing not from the coordinate values of the mark, but from the position of a zone. SOLUTION: This virtual sport system comprises the mark installed to an item, photoelectric transducers which measure the position of a light source existing in a space, and a signal or image processing device having a built-in program used for measuring the two-dimensional position of the light source in real time. This system also comprises a zone locating device which locate the positioned zone of the mark divided in a set measurement space. When a player holds a racket fitted with the light source and swings the racket in a zone-divided space, the photoelectric transducer corresponding to a zone provided separately from the player receives the light emitted from the light source and makes zone location by extracting the position of the light source and outputting the coordinates of the position. Based on the location result of the transducer, this virtual sport system makes virtual reality display by using an HMD or display screen that can three-dimensionally display the flying track of the hit ball.
