摘要： Magnetic disc storage equipment for recording and reproducing signals on a magnetic disc comprising a carriage for shifting a magnetic head in a radial direction of the magnetic disc upon which is recorded signals on a respective divided sector of a track, a shifting bolt which is screwed with the carriage, a stepping motor which is interlocked with the shifting bolt and rotates the shifting bolt by a destined number of steps corresponding to a respective track gap to adjust the magnetic head at each track through the carriage, detecting means to detect signals which are read by the magnetic head at a desired track position, and shifting means to shift the magnetic head to an appropriate position based on the signals which are detected by the detecting means.
