摘要： A continuous hot dipping apparatus which comprises a slide bearing structure of a bearing and a roll shaft which is of a combination of a ceramic material and a solid lubricant material, and which has good wear resistance and long term durability. 摘要： A slide structure comprises a roll shaft and a roll bearing. A whole circumference of the roll shaft is made of a sintered ceramics body. A sliding surface of the roll bearing is constructed by inserting a cermet into a carbon-carbon reinforcing graphite member. A continuous hot dipping apparatus has a roll supported and rotated in a molten metal bath. A sliding surface of the roll shaft and the roll bearing employs the slide structure. The corrosion resistivity and the wearing resistivity can be improved and a long service life can be attained. The slide structure comprised of the roll shaft and the roll bearing can be smoothly rotated by decreasing the friction coefficient of the slide structure.

The invention also relates to a die casting machine having a sleeve and a plunger tip both made of ceramic sintered bodies at least one of which contains a solid lubricating material. The bearing for the roller, the sleeve and the tip may be formed of a composite body having a ceramic sintered body portion and and a metal portion secured and fitted thereto by an intermediate member which is elastically and plastically deformed at the time of the usage. The composite structure formed by fitting is usable for other applications.

摘要： A wafer protective sheet 1 is made of a synthetic resin sheet with a thickness of 80 to 130 μm having a large number of projected parts and recessed parts on its front and rear surfaces. The large number of projected parts and the large number of recessed parts are respectively disposed so that each part is positioned at intersections of lattice stripes, and the projected part and the recessed part are disposed alternately each other. The sheet has such a water-like cross section that the recessed parts in the rear surface match the projected parts on the front surface and the projected parts on the rear surface match the recessed parts in the front surface. The wafer protective sheet 1 has a bending resistance of 30 to 80 mm. The wafer protective sheet 1 of the present invention is sufficiently thin. When the wafer protective sheets are interposed between stacked wafers to protect them, the sheets do not adhere to the wafers. Thus, wafers housed in a container can be protected against vibration during transportation.

The polyurethane particles are obtained by spray-drying a mixed aqueous dispersion in which the hydrophilic fine silica powders and the polyurethane spheres are dispersed in water.
