A bordering fitting 20 is provided which extends along the border between the rise portion 14 and a plurality of the layers and is disposed on the top surface of the edge of any one of a plurality of the layers, and the bordering fitting 20 is fixed with an adhesive 28 to the layer on which it is disposed.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-insulating and waterproof structure which is constituted by fixing a waterproof layer on a heat-insulating layer placed on the base material by the melt of a heat-melting layer by high-frequency induction heating, which has the heat-insulating layer thick enough to exert high heat insulation performance, and which can be realized at low cost by directly sticking a polyvinyl chloride sheet on the surface of a heat-insulating material with efficiency by induction heating.
      SOLUTION: The heat-insulating layer consists of a first heat-insulating material layer and a second heat-insulating material layer. The first heat-insulating material layer is extended on the base material, and the second heat-insulating material layer is laminated on the first heat-insulating material layer. The second heat-insulating material layer is constituted by a heat-insulating material which is provided with a heat-resisting function against high-frequency induction heating, a movement preventive function of a plasticizer from a waterproof sheet to the heat-insulating material, and resistance of the heat-insulating material to a solvent by a welding agent. The heat-insulating and waterproof structure is constituted by a fastener clip and the waterproof sheet, by fixing the waterproof sheet to the fastener clip by the melt by high-frequency induction heating between the fastener clip and the waterproof sheet, and by fixing the waterproof layer by the welding agent. The fastener clips dot the top surface of the second heat-insulating material layer and are engaged with the base material, and the waterproof sheet is laminated on the second heat-insulating material layer.

The shredding-swing suppressing layer is formed of a contact adhesive layer without releasing paper formed on the rear surface of the cushioning sheet and an adhesive layer on the front surface of the existing vinyl chloride sheet.
