摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet fixing device which presents its original external shock absorbing function without affecting the characteristics of a ground and is appropriate particularly on a repair job site.SOLUTION: A sheet fixing device 10 for fixing a waterproof sheet 4 to a ground 2 comprises: a first fixed member 12 which is fixed to the waterproof sheet 4; a second fixed member 14 which is overlapped to at least a part of the first fixed member 12 and fixed to the ground 2; a shock absorbing material 16 which is disposed between the first fixed member 12 and the second fixed member 14; and a ground regulating material 20 which is disposed between the first fixed member 12 and the ground 2 to ensure the action of isolating the first fixed member 12 from the ground 2 and absorbing external shock exerted from the waterproof sheet 4 onto the first fixed member 12 by moving the first fixed member 12 under the shock absorbing action of the shock absorbing material 16.
