摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-proof vinyl chloride sheet laid over an existing vinyl chloride water-proof layer for newly establishing a water-proof layer, for preventing fracture/crushing of an existing vinyl chloride sheet and also, even when the sheet is fractured/crushed, suppressing fluctuation and wild movement of the broken/fractured pieces so as to properly avoid a bad influence such as damage of a cushioning sheet of the new water-proof layer and the new vinyl chloride water-proof sheet consequently, while temporary water-proofing can be executed so as to prevent water leakage during the water-proofing work. SOLUTION: The water-proofing structure, which is formed over a construction surface where an existing vinyl chloride sheet is extended on a substrate by a mechanical fixing method, is provided with a cushioning sheet laid over the vinyl chloride sheet, a vinyl chloride water-proof sheet laminated over the cushioning sheet and a fixing metal fitting for engaging the vinyl chloride on the construction surface. The cushioning sheet includes a base part and a holding means formed on a rear face of the base part for preventing fracture/crushing of the existing vinyl chloride sheet and/or suppressing fluctuation of the crushed/fractured pieces. Furthermore, provided are a vinyl chloride water-proof structure wherein the water-proofing work can efficiently be executed even in the rain as well as a cushioning sheet used for it. A shredding-swing suppressing layer for preventing the breakage-shredding of the existing vinyl chloride sheet and suppressing the swing of a breakage-shredding piece is formed between the existing vinyl chloride sheet and the cushioning mat. The shredding-swing suppressing layer is formed of a contact adhesive layer without releasing paper formed on the rear surface of the cushioning sheet and an adhesive layer on the front surface of the existing vinyl chloride sheet.
