    • To provide an interconnecting power generation system which can detect an abnormality in the utility power supply and can be isolated from a utility power system and can prevent damage to a turbogenerator.An interconnecting power generation system comprises: an interconnecting inverter 14; a voltage phase shift circuit 20 which synchronizes the output voltage phase of the interconnecting inverter 14 with the utility power voltage phase and monitors zero crossings of the utility power voltage, and which shifts the output voltage phase from the utility power voltage phase and shifts the shifted output voltage phase to the utility power voltage phase; a phase comparator 24 for comparing the voltage phase of the utility power system 10 and the output voltage phase of the interconnecting inverter; and an interconnection control unit 30 which detects a power outage caused by an interruption of power supply from the utility power system 10 based on a series of a predetermined number of matching signals outputted from the phase comparator 24 and sends a control signal to a circuit breaker 22 to shut off the output of the interconnecting inverter 14 from the utility power system 10.

    • A reactor has a casing composed of a magnesia-based refractory, and a bottom plate composed of an MgO-graphite mixed refractory is disposed on a bottom part of this casing. A graphite crucible is provided at a bottom of the reactor, and the graphite crucible and the reactor are joined together by a magnesia cylinder. Iron ore powder, coal powder, and other such raw materials supplied into the reactor are irradiated with microwaves from microwave oscillators and are heated. The iron ore is reduced, and the resulting molten pig iron flows out through a hole into a crucible, and then is poured out of the crucible through another hole into a ladle. It is thereby possible to manufacture molten pig iron with high energy efficiency, instead of using blast-furnace iron-making.

    • An antivibration clamp comprises a base made of hard resin and an object-holding portion of hard resin supported by the base. The object-holding portion includes a curved wall defining a recess for receiving an elongated object, and a resilient holding finger extending obliquely from the top of the curved wall or its vicinity toward the recess of the curved wall to press against the outer surface of an object received in the curved wall. The curved wall has an inner wall surface on which a plurality of elongated rigid ribs are formed to protrude inward and extend in the width direction of the curved wall with the ribs being spaced apart from each other in the circumferential direction of the curved wall. The inner wall surface and the ribs of the curved wall are coated with an antivibration material made of soft resin.

    • A cryopump is provided with a detecting means for detecting an operation parameter at an elapsed operation time in a current operation cycle of the cryopump, a storing means for storing a value of another operation parameter in a past operation cycle of the cryopump as a management parameter, an arithmetic controlling means for calculating a succeeding rotational speed of the expander motor based on the current operational parameter and the management parameter stored in the storing means and outputting the same as a driving instruction signal, with which the succeeding rotational speed of the expander motor is controlled so as to maintain a temperature of a cryopanel or a pressure in a vacuum chamber to which the cryopump is attached at a predetermined value by using the operation parameter at the elapsed operation time in the current operation cycle of the cryopump detected by the detecting means and the operation parameter at the corresponding elapsed operation time in the past operation cycle of the cryopump stored in the storing means as the management parameter, and an expander motor driving means for driving the expander motor according to the driving instruction signal output from the arithmetic controlling means, whereby the cryopump may be operated stably even if a temporal load change has occurred.
