摘要： A wiper arm for a vehicle windshield includes an arm head to be rotatably connected to a driving motor mounted in a vehicle, a spring member, a retainer pressed against the windshield by the spring member, a wiper blade supported by the retainer. The retainer has a channeled structure tapering to the wiper blade and is composed of an upper wall, a first side wall extending from one side of the upper wall, a second side wall extending from the other side of the upper wall to be located at a downstream side on the windshield relative to the first side wall and an open side disposed opposite the upper wall to face the windshield. The first side wall has a larger height from the upper wall than the second side wall.

摘要： In a wiper device for vehicles, a wiper blade is rotatably connected to a wiper arm at a holding axis. A slider unit is attached to the wiper blade at a position being shifted from the holding axis. A lifter is disposed at the vehicle body at a position where the wiper device is stopped and the wiper blade is concealed. The slider unit runs onto the lifter to lift the wiper blade so that the wiper blade may be rotated on the holding axis until the wiper blade comes in contact with the wiper arm when the wiper device is stopped and the wiper blade is concealed. An elastic element for absorbing noise such as rubber or sponge is disposed between the wiper arm and wiper blade so that the wiper blade comes in contact with the wiper arm via the elastic element when the wiper blade is lifted.

摘要： A first wiper having an arm and blade and a second wiper having an arm and blade are located at a lower end of a windshield. The first and second wipers are positioned in parallel to each other with a certain overlapped region, the second wiper being in front of the first wiper, when they are not operated. Wind stream hits the wipers from the front when a vehicle is running. A surface for guiding the wind stream. upward (opposite to the windshield surface) is formed on the arm of the second wiper so that the guided wind stream does not hit the first wiper positioned behind the second wiper. Thus, noises caused by the wind stream flowing through the first wiper after the wind stream first hits the second wiper are effectively reduced.
