摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize repulsive force in a stepping motor that utilizes attractive force and repulsive force for obtaining rotary torque. SOLUTION: On the inner-peripheral surface of stators 11 and 12 being fixed onto the inner circumference of a housing 10, coils 13 and 14 are wound in a circumferential direction, and at the same time projection parts 11b, 11c, 12b, and 12c projecting in the radial direction are provided along the circumferential direction at even intervals at both sides. On the outer-peripheral surface of first to third rotary shafts 15-17 being rotatably supported by the housing 10, each of first and fourth rotors 21-24 is fixed, and each of magnets 25-28 being fixed to each of the rotor 21-24 along the circumferential direction opposes each projection part. The housing 10, a rolling bearing 18, or the second and third rotary shafts 16 and 17 are composed of a non-magnetic material for allowing flux to sufficiently pass through, and the rotor is placed at the repulsion part of the projection parts of stators 11 and 12.

SOLUTION: The phase-to-phase insulating paper 40 drawn out onto a blade fixture 11 is pushed up by a stripper 15 at a stripper angle α≈0, and the jointing leg 43 of the phase-to-phase insulating paper 40 is set at an inlet of the prescribed slot 32. The phase-to-phase insulating paper 40 set at the inlet of the slot 32 is then moved to the depth of the stator core 32 by an expansion pawl 16.

Absorber oil in the high pressure oil chamber 38 is pressurized by a high pressure gas chamber 46.

At the same time the interphase paper 10 has projected parts 21, 31 on each top face slanted by bending the flat part 20, 30. The interphase paper 10 is so arranged that the flat parts 20, 30 are overlapped partly in a circumferential direction of the stator core 52, and by ensuring insulation between each coil phase, a stator 50 can be fabricated.

摘要： PURPOSE: To absorb the torque fluctuation of a crankshaft or a camshaft so as to reduce a teeth striking sound. CONSTITUTION: In a valve timing controller in which a ring gear 13 is moved in the shaft direction of a camshaft 2 so that the rotational phases of a timing pulley 6 and the camshaft 2 can be changed, a seal ring 18 is intervened between a timing pulley 6 and an outer gear 11, and also a compression coil spring 20 to press the outer gear 11 to the seal ring 18, is set. By this construction, the torque fluctuation of a crankshaft which is transmitted to the timing pulley 6, is absorbed accompanying the deformation of the seal ring 18. Therefore, the gearing noise of the ring gear 13 can be reduced. Further, the seal ring 18 is prevented from being changed in its elasticity by the heat of operating oil so that a table tooth striking sound reducing effect can be obtained.
