    • PURPOSE:To prevent oil or a mixture of oil and carbon from sticking to the inner wall of an intake passage by installing each semicircular projection, going along the circumference, on the surface of a throttle valve. CONSTITUTION:At time of an idling stage, most of idle air flows through a bypass passage 126, and is blown off toward the upstream side of a PCV port 118 from an opening 124. With this, blow-by gas taken out of this PCV port 118 is drawn nearer to the side of a throttle valve 132 along the inner wall of an intake passage 104. Since each semicircular projection 140 installed along the circumference exists on a surface of the throttle valve 132, however, a flow of the blow-by gas is interrupted by this projection and thereby it is led to the side of an engine without almost colliding with an on-off interfering part 134 between the intake passage 104 and the throttle valve 132. In consequence, oil or a mixture of oil and carbon is prevented form sticking to this on-off interfering part 134.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the erroneous operation caused by vibration in a diaphragm operation control valve to control the pressure of injection fuel by restraining the movement of a diaphragm by a frictional force without disturbing normal operation. CONSTITUTION:The fuel sent under pressure is injected from an injection device 5 by the signal of a computer, and the excessive fuel is introduced into a chamber A of a pressure control device 9. When its pressure is higher than a set pressure, it is conducted through a gap between a valve 7 and a seat 6, and returned to a fuel tank via a passage 3. A member 11 with a proper length in the direction of operation is fast fixed on a diaphragm 8, and fitted to a plastic member 12 fixed on a cover 13 to be slided with a small friction of operation. The member 12 is provided with a hole 12a not to change the effective diameter of the diaphragm 8. This construction permits to restrain vibration, prevent the erroneous operation caused by the vibration, and improve the durability of the diaphragm.
