    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve charging characteristic by setting a capacity ratio between an electrode capacity of a positive electrode and that of a negative electrode in a secondary battery including a non-aqueous electrolyte within a specific range. SOLUTION: A positive electrode 1 of a non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery is connected to a positive electrode terminal 51 via a positive electrode lead 11 and an electrode pole 511. Similarly, a negative electrode 2 is connected to a negative electrode lead 21, an electrode pole 521, and a negative electrode terminal 52. An electrode capacity A of the positive electrode 1 and an electrode capacity B of the negative electrode 2 are adjusted so that a capacity ratio B/A between them becomes 1.40. The electrode capacity A of the positive electrode 1 is found from a theoretical capacity, while the electrode capacity B of the negative electrode 2 is found from an actual measurement value in the case of a Li counter electrode, and a thickness of the negative electrode 2 is adjusted so that the capacity ratio B/A becomes 1.40. As to a relationship between the capacity ratio B/A and a charging density (-W/kg), a capacity ratio B/A ranging from 1.3 to 2.5 is effective for providing an excellent characteristic such as a charging density above 400 (-W/kg).
