The electrodeposition grinding wheel 10 grinds opposed surfaces of a workpiece. A plurality of dimples 15, to which the abrasive grains are not fixed, are provided at circumferential intervals on the inner peripheral side of the abrasive grain layer. The dimples are opened in only the inner peripheral part of the abrasive grain layer.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superabrasive grain setting method capable of executing a simple setting which corresponds to the surface of a manufacturing mold of a complicated surface shape and improves the grinding accuracy of a grinding tool.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a diamond dresser capable of uniformly projecting a diamond grain in a short time.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrodeposition wheel which holds sharpness with excellent condition for a long time and has a long service life as a wheel.SOLUTION: The electrodeposition wheel comprises: a base metal which is formed into a disk-like shape and rotated and driven around a rotation axial line; and a super abrasive grain layer formed by fixing plural super abrasive grains on a belt-like part extended at a prescribed width at an outer peripheral part of the base metal by metal plating. Therefore plural masking parts on which the super abrasive grains are not deposited electronically are formed.
