    • PURPOSE:To prevent the buildup of discharge pressure over the specified value even with the increase of the escape quantity by forming a throttle part in an escape passage, as well as forming a pressure lead-in passage for communicating the throttle part with a back pressure chamber so as to energize a valve body to slide into a communicating direction by the acting force based on the pressure generated according to an operating fluid passing through the throttle part. CONSTITUTION:A part inside an escape passage is throttled to form a throttle part 42. A pressure lead-in passage 44 for communicating the throttle part 42 with a storage hole 32 is bored to lead pressure generated according to an operating fluid passing through the throttle part 42 into a back pressure chamber 46. When the operating fluid passing through the escape passage 29 is large, the lowering degree of the pressure at the throttle part 42 becomes large, and this pressure acts upon the back pressure chamber 46 through the pressure lead-in passage 44, so that a valve body 30 is energized to slide into the communicating direction. Accordingly, even if the discharge of the operating fluid is large and the energizing force of a spring 38 is increased according to the spring constant, discharge pressure does not becomes higher than the specified value because of the pressure led into the back pressure chamber 46 through the pressure lead-in passage 44 in addition to the force of the operating fluid acting upon the valve body 30 through the communicating hole 24.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent lubricating oil from overflowing or becoming short in a pump by providing a pair of oil separators in mid course of a compressed air feeding line in series and sucking and returning oil separated in downstream oil separator by an oil pump rotated integrally with a gas pump. CONSTITUTION:In a vane pump 1 as a gas pump, when a rotor 7 is rotated, air is sucked from a vacuum tank 8 to a pump chamber P through a suction port 11, and then compressed by contraction of the pump chamber P and fed to a compressed air feeding line 2 through a discharge port 12. In this case, two oil separators 31 and 33 are provided in mid course of the compressed air feeding line 2 in series, and an oil conducting line 33 for the oil separator 31 on the upstream side is connected to a top wall of a closed oil tank 5. On the other hand, an oil conducting line 34 for a downstream oil separator 32 is connected to a suction port 41 of an oil pump 4. Then a discharge port 42 of the oil pump 4 is connected to a side wall of the tank 5 through an oil discharge line 54. Thus oil separated in the downstream oil separator 32 is sucked forcibly to the oil pump 4 and collected to the tank 5.

    • PURPOSE:To certainly prevent seizure by an oil separator on the way of a compressed air supply passage connected on the discharge side of a vane pump and by supplying separated oil to an oil circulation passage of the vane pump by an oil pump through an oil tank. CONSTITUTION:A plural number of vanes 2 protrusively energized outward in the radial direction in the outer periphery of a rotor 1 at regular intervals, the head point of each vane 2 is made contact with the inner peripheral surface of a cam ring 3 eccentrically provided outside of the rotor 1 and a pump house P is formed between each of the vanes 2. Thereafter, a vacuum suction port 31 is provided communicated through to a pump house P1 at the time of starting capacity expansion, a compressor suction port 32 to a pump house P2 at the time of starting maximum capacity expansion and a compressor discharge port 33 to a pump house P3 at the time of finishing capacity reduction respectively. In this case, an oil separator 41 is provided on the way of a compressed air supply part 4 communicated through to the discharge port 32, and simultaneously, an oil pump 6 to supply oil to an oil circulation passage of the vane pump is provided in an oil supply passage 71.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the pump performance by forming a plastic film layer on the outer circumference of a rotor, and correcting a clearance at the minimum between seals due to a plastic change caused by initial conforming of the film layer with a pump housing even if there are dispersion in accuracy of parts. CONSTITUTION:A film layer 51 having uniform thickness is formed on the outer circumference of a rotor 17, and the rotor is fitted to in a pump housing 10 to be rotated, the film layer 51 is thereby pressed in contact with the inner circumference of the pump housing 10 in the interval of seal 50, the thickness of the film layer 51 is conformed to the inner circumference of the pump housing 10 to keep the clearance in the interval 50 of the seal at the minimum. In case that the central offset volume of the center of the rotor 17 fitted to the normal eccentric center of the rotor relative to the pump housing 10 exists caused by the dispersion, etc. of the accuracy of the outer diameter and the inner diameter of the pump housing, the layer of the film layer 51 is plastically changed to t1-t2 so that the outer circumference of the film layer 51 becomes a concentric circle relative to the rotational center of a rotor 17 to correct central offset volume.

    • PURPOSE:To restrain the vibration of the end of an inner pipe due to fluid pulsation by providing a seal ring which forms a curtain between a flexible hose body and the flexible inner pipe inserted into the body and a locking member, which has a positioning portion in contact with the inner periphery of the hose body, in the vicinity of the end of the inner pipe. CONSTITUTION:A hose 1 comprises a flexible hose body 11 and a flexible spiral pipe 12 inserted into a hole 11a, having a seal ring 13 which forms a curtain between the inner periphery of the hose body 11 and the outer periphery of the spiral pipe 12 and a pair of locking members 14, which have three positioning portions 141 on the inner periphery of the hose body 11, n the vicinity of the end of the spiral pipe 12. Therefore, even if oil is pulsated to cause pulsation in the hose 1, the pulsation is restrained by pressure propagation in a cavity 18 and reflecting operation on both end faces of the seal ring 13. Also, even if the spiral pipe 12 is intended to be largely vibrated at the end, the positioning portion 141 has moderate flexibility to restrain the vibration of the spiral pipe 12 at the end.
