摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for regenerating a vulcanized rubber, capable of providing a regenerated rubber molded article excellent in appearance and quality and consuming a large amount of waste vulcanized rubber, by adding a solvent to a vulcanized rubber into a swollen state. SOLUTION: (B) A solvent is added to (A) a vulcanized rubber, which is made into a swollen state. Then heat and shear stress are simultaneously applied to the component A in the swollen state to give a regenerated rubber. The component B is removed from the regenerated rubber. Waste material such as rubber tire is used as the component A. An ethylene-propylene-diene terpolymer is preferable as the kind of the rubber. Toluene, hexane, etc., are used as the component B. The heating is carried out at 150-350 deg.C and shear stress is applied by using a twin-screw extruder, etc.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a reclaimed desulfurized rubber capable of being singly used as a source material of the reclaimed rubber for reclaimed rubber articles having practical rubber characteristics, and provide a method producing the same and reclaimed rubber articles. SOLUTION: This declaimed desulfurized rubber contains broken sulfur cross- linking and carbon black of fine particle size. This production of reclaimed desulfurized rubber is to treat waste vulcanized rubber to desulfurize at 220-350 deg.C and 10-150kg/cm shear pressure. This production of reclaimed rubber articles is to use a reclaimed desulfurized rubber in which sulfur cross-linkings are broken and which contains carbon black having a fine particle size, prepare a reclaimed rubber source material by singly using the reclaimed desulfurized rubber or by adding and kneading a new unvulcanized rubber to the reclaimed desulfurized rubber and vulcanize and shape the reclaimed rubber source material in a predetermined shape.

SOLUTION: This method for producing a clay-compounded rubber material comprises exchanging the inorganic ion of a clay mineral with an organic onium ion, mixing the organized clay mineral with a rubber process oil and/or a plasticizer, and further mixing the mixture with a rubber material. In the clay mineral-compounded rubber material, the clay mineral is homogeneously dispersed in the rubber material. The organic onium ion preferably has six or more carbon atoms, and the process oil for rubbers is preferably a paraffinic oil, a naphthenic oil or an aromatic oil. The plasticizer is preferably an ester compound, a phosphate ester compound or a sulfonamide compound.

The low-current driving is possible in this way and the durability is improved.

The transparent resin layer 6 protects the microcapsules 5 and, therefore, the leakage of the suspension is prevented even if the transparent base materials 1, 2 are damaged.
