摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent damage in a laminated rubber under a vertical tensile force working condition without any special restriction on design so as to exhibit its excellent original base isolation performance, maintaining the performance over a long term. SOLUTION: An upper end and lower end flange plates 9, 10 of a laminated rubber 8 in a laminated rubber type base isolation device 4 arranged between an upper and lower structures 2, 3 are fastened and fixed with mounting plates 6, 7 fixed on the upper and lower structure 2, 3 sides by means of bolts 11 and nuts 12. In a fastening and fixing mechanism 13 constituted of the bolt 11 and the nut 12, a washer 14 is installed to the bolt 11. By means of the washer 14 provided with a spring force absorbing and reducing a tensile force when a tensile force works on the laminated rubber type vibration controlling device 4, a tensile displacement of the lamination rubber 8 can be lowered to below 8% of the total laminated rubber thickness, or to below 5% desirably.

摘要： PURPOSE:To manufacture a vibration preventing material by forming a laminated molding laminated with hard materials and rubbery soft materials in turn in the prescribed processes. CONSTITUTION:A rod-like core material 1 is used as a center shaft, hard materials and rubbery soft materials are laminated in turn into multiple layers, boundary plates 13 having nearly the same cross sectional shape as the layers are provided to form a unit laminated molding 12. Multiple unit laminated moldings 12 are connected, and fixing plates 2, 2' are removably fixed at both ends. A fabric is wound on the outer face of the laminated molding connected and molded with multiple unit laminated moldings to cover and fix it, it is heated and pressurized with the high-temperature, high-pressure air or steam in a vulcanizing can for vulcanization, then it is separated into unit laminated moldings 12 having the boundary plates 13 at both ends respectively. The shape collapse of the laminated molding can be prevented, flanges are not required to be fitted by bolts, and labor saving and cost reduction can be attained.

In this way, the rigidity of the rubber elastic substance 5 corresponding to shearing force is equal to or smaller than that of a conventional rubber elastic substance which has no fiber cords 6 to increase the rate of damping to vertical vibration. Resistance to horizontal compressing force, or hardness, is greater than that of a rubber unit and almost equal to that in laying several iron plates therebetween, so that the usage of the angular fixtures in the middle positions can be reduced to proportionally make the rubber elastic substance lighter and the inertia force smaller and to allow more quickly damped vibration.

The injection nozzle 9 is arranged in such a manner that a valve port is opened because a nozzle needle valve body 10 is pushed by the pressure of the fuel 1 and the water 2 supplied from said pumps 7, 8, and the fuel and the water are mixing emulsified at an orifice portion 11 and injected from an injection port 12.
