    • PURPOSE:To lighten the weight of vibration proof spring reduce a contact face of a ion plate with rubber and enable higher damping by arranging fiber cord layers on a rubber elastic substance in parallel to the surfaces of fixtures and in multiple. CONSTITUTION:At least two pieces of angular iron fixtures 1, 4 the horizontal cross section of which are formed in angular shape are arranged with the tops tending to the same side, rubber elastic substance 5 is fixedly laid therebetween and fiber cord layers 6 are arranged on the rubber elastic substance 5 in parallel to the surfaces of the angular fixtures 1, 4 and in multiple. In this way, the rigidity of the rubber elastic substance 5 corresponding to shearing force is equal to or smaller than that of a conventional rubber elastic substance which has no fiber cords 6 to increase the rate of damping to vertical vibration. Resistance to horizontal compressing force, or hardness, is greater than that of a rubber unit and almost equal to that in laying several iron plates therebetween, so that the usage of the angular fixtures in the middle positions can be reduced to proportionally make the rubber elastic substance lighter and the inertia force smaller and to allow more quickly damped vibration.

    • PURPOSE:To attain high spring in a direction perpendicular to the bush axis and low spring in a direction of forcefully opening simultaneously by arranging fiber cords only in the middle portion of a tubular rubber elastic body in a rubber bush consisting of an inner tube, an outer tube and a tubular rubber elastic body as a buffer member connecting the two together. CONSTITUTION:An outer tube 2 is disposed radially outward of an inner tube 1 concentrically therewith, and the two tubes are connected together integrally and elastically by a tubular rubber elastic body 4. A fiber cord 3 is arranged in the axially middle portion of the tubular rubber elastic body 4 partially and regularly. When forceful opening is applied to an axial center 5, in the middle portion the rigidity is high due to the fiber cord to suppress the deformation and at both end portions the bush is easily deformed to attain low spring in spring characteristic in the direction of forceful bush opening. In the direction perpendicular to the axis, high spring in spring characteristic is attained at the same time. The fiber cord 3 may be made of polyester, nylon, rayon, steel, or the like.

    • PURPOSE:To improve vibration proofing function in the vertical direction and vibration releasing function in the transverse direction by dispersing a reinforcing material in rubber and molding it into a shape of roll, and then cutting it into a large number of reinforcing rubber plates, and further, laminating and then vulcanizing them between upper and lower hard plates. CONSTITUTION:A complex rubber composition wherein a linear or sheet-shaped reinforcing material is dispersed in rubber is molded into a shape of roll which has a diameter equal to that of a purposed vibration proofing supporter, and it is cut at right angles with respect to the axis direction so as to make a large number of reinforcing rubber plates 3 with desire thickness. These multiple sheets are laminated and molded between hard plates 1, 2, and vulcanized then. The rubber constituting the reinforcing rubber plates 3 is natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber or the like, and the linear reinforcing material comprises synthetic fiber, inorganic fiber and metal fiber, and the sheet is a woven and knitted material consisting of the fibers mentioned above. And, it is preferred to laminate rubber soft plates 4 or metal plates 5 on the reinforcing rubber plates 3. Inasmuch as the reinforcing material is interrupted at the upper and lower surfaces of the reinforcing plates 3, the transverse ridigity as a vibration proofing supporter becomes small, and thus the vertical rigidity can be changed broadly.
