摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for laying an underwater sheet capable of simply connecting the sheets each other at a high efficiency without depending on welding and tightening by a rope and certainly ensuring water-sealability of a connection part and strength. SOLUTION: A sealing fastener 5 is mounted to a connection edge of the water-shielding sheets 2 to be laid and the water-shielding sheets 2 (2A, 2B) is sunk into a closed area closed by a continuous wall 1 from a base vessel. Two sheets of water-shielding sheets are connected by the water-sealing fastener 5 by an underwater work making air at an upper end of the continuous wall 1 at one side as a starting point. The water-shielding sheets 2 are laid on a whole area in the closed area by repeating this work and the inside of this is utilized for a reclaimed land and a disposing place for wastes.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance workability and safety in laying a sheet by providing a means for replacing a sheet roll and a means for forcibly driving a rotating shaft which supports the sheet roll. SOLUTION: This hanger 4 has support units 24 and 25 provided at a body frame 23 having a hanging fitting 20 on its upper surface and pedestals 21 and 22 at both ends thereof, with the support units having a pair of rotating shafts 35 for supporting the sheet roll 3 formed by winding a sandproof sheet 2 on a shaft member 1. Two pairs of cylinders 40 and 41 for locking and hoisting both ends of a hanging member hooked to either the sheet roll 3 or its shaft member 1 are fixed to the body frame 23, and one 24 of the support units is provided with a drive 50 for forcibly driving the rotating shaft 35 by use of a hydraulic motor 52 as a drive source.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet to be laid underwater, which is obtained by connecting a plurality of sheets together at sea and settling the same on the sea bottom to cover seabed fill materials, etc., wherein a problem of being incapable of winding or folding the sheet because of a plurality of buoyant bodies attached to the sheets, and a problem of requiring huge amounts of labor of removing all of the buoyant bodies by divers when the sheets are settled, are eliminated, the buoyant bodies being attached to the sheet in order to suspend and expand the sheets when connected together. SOLUTION: The sheet to be laid underwater is obtained by attaching the buoyant bodies which are long and flatly deformable, at least onto both longitudinal sides of the respective sheet main bodies. According to the method for laying the sheet to be laid underwater, side portions of the respective sheet main bodies are connected to each other in one body, and after connection of the sheet main bodies, the buoyant bodies are removed. Whereby the sheet main bodies can be settled and laid on an area for arrangement.

While the position of the hanger 11 is being confirmed from a COS signal incorporated from a receiving antenna 23 and an ultrasonic wave signal which is exchanged between an ultrasonic transmitter 19 and the ultrasonic receiver 20, the hanger 11 is moved along the slope 2b of the riprap mound 2, thereby sending out the sandproof sheet 4 from the sheet roll 10.

SOLUTION: For this conveying means, a U-shaped belt conveyer is used. The endless belt 3 of this U-shaped belt conveyer is arranged in upper side and lower side between rollers, and rotated and moved. And a first guide member 4 to guide as well as to support the upper feeding part 3a of the endless belt 3 from lower side consists of a fixed round rod form member. That is, since the first guide member 4 has no movable part such as a carrier roller, the thickness of the upper and the lower conveyer can be made thin. As a result, by using the first guide member 4 in the U-shaped belt conveyer with a relatively large upper and lower width, the upper and lower width of the U-shaped belt conveyer can be made narrower. Consequently, a U-shaped belt conveyer which can convey a conveyed material in the bending condition can be used in a narrow place such as a tunnel with a small diameter.

摘要： PURPOSE:To safely cope with high waves in works at high wave zone, by absorbing the slack of a hanging wire from a working craft at the time when a working machine is installed on the bottom of water. CONSTITUTION:A pair of fixed sheaves 6 guiding a wire 12 extended from a winch 11 to suspend a working machine 1 and a movable sheave 17 hooking the wire 12 between the fixed sheaves 16 are disposed on the support base 13 of a tower 14 erected on a craft 10. The movable sheave 17 is equipped so as to be transferable as far as a specified distance. A weight 19 is connected to the movable sheave 17 to absorb the slack of wire 12 by the movement of sheave 17 when the working machine 1 is installed on the bottom of water. When lifting up the working machine, the movement of the movable sheave 17 is regulated at a position near the fixed sheave 16 to give a specified tension to the wire 12.
