摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently recover floating oil by organically connecting a hull and an oil skimmer. SOLUTION: A non-self-propelling small pontoon 1 with the front side from a longitudinal intermediate part made a double-barrel part 2 is prepared, and an oil skimmer 10 and a net conveyor 11 are arranged in a channel A of the double-barrel part 2 of the pontoon 1. The oil skimmer 10 is of such structure that an oil recovery container 13 is supported to a floating body 12 changing draft by supplying-discharging ballast water, and a recovery port of the oil recovery container 13 is positioned slightly lower than the lower face of an oil film. After large-sized substances such as oil balls, refuse of large size and seaweeds are eliminated by the net conveyor 11, the floating oil is pumped up onto the pontoon 1 by a pump 22 through the oil recovery container 13 and stored in a plurality of containers 27.

摘要： PURPOSE:To construct a pile having a given quality while watching the increasing rate of sand amount which is detected and displayed by providing a driven pipe depth detector, a sand position detector, and an arithmetic displayer in a sand compaction work. CONSTITUTION:As a driven pipe is drawn up, a driven pipe depth detector 11 converts the revolving number of a sieve 14 turned through a wire rope 13 into an electric signal and then outputs it. Also, as the sand level is lowered, a sand level detector 15 converts the revolving number of a sieve 19 turned through a wire rope 18 into an electric signal and outputs it. The output signals of the detectors are put in an arithmetic displayer 23. The inside diameter d of the driven pipe 1 and the diameter D of a sand pile are preset in the arithmetic displayer 23 and an increasing rate alpha of sand amount is obtained. While watching the increasing rate alpha of sand amount, workers construct sand piles while regulating deviation of the increasing rate alpha of sand amount from a set value by controlling the winding rate of the wire rope 18 and the vibration number of a vibrator.

The improved process soil is carried in the respective buckets 5 in order by the belt conveyor 2 and the distributor 4. The bucket 5 is descended to the water bottom so as to release the improved process soil. Consequently, the improved process soil is carried up to the water bottom by the bucket 5 not by free falling, and the improved process soil can be prevented from separating, generating muddiness, and washing away. Carry of the improved soil to the bucket 5, descent of the bucket 5, and release of the improved process soil can be performed in parallel, and hence a large quantity of the improved process soil can be thrown down in a short time.

摘要： PURPOSE:To more greatly enhance leveling efficiency of rubble mound than the vertical striking leveling by a method in which a sideward force is applied to the rubble on the top of a greatly undulatory rubble mound for rough leveling, and a vertical force is applied to the top of the mound for finish leveling. CONSTITUTION:Rubble mound M on the ground's surface or seabed is struck by a pointed bottom type striking head for rough leveling to give a sideward force to the rubble. The head 1 is attached to the lower part of an impact generator 12 hung down from a rope 62, and a pair of steel inclined plates 2 are pivotally supported downwardly on the head 1 in a freely opening or closing manner by an oil-pressure cylinder 6. The top of roughly leveled rubble mound M is flattened by a flat-bottom striking head 50 for finishing, provided on the lower part of the impact generator 12. The rubble mound can thus be more effectively leveled than the vertical impact leveling method alone.
