    • PURPOSE:To simplify the structure of a high-speed impact hammer as well as enhance the efficiency of striking by connecting a tamper to an impaction generator through a guider with a spring and an anvil to buffer the impaction of an impact hammer to be used in consolidation work. CONSTITUTION:A high-speed impact hammer to be used in a consolidation work for improving the ground consists of an impaction generator 1 worked by a drive source 2, e.g., an oil-pressure motor, etc., a striking head 4 provided projectionally through the supporting plate 3 at the lower end of the generator 1, a tamper 5 of a truncated form supported through a supporting plate 3, a guide rod 7, and compressive spring 9, and an anvil 6 to buffer the impact head 4 provided between the lower part of the impactor 1 and the tamper 5 by means of a buffer material 11. A high-speed impact hammer having a simplified constitution and a high striking efficiency, which can be used even in leveling rubbles, can be obtained.

    • PURPOSE: To simply and quickly level the surface of rubble layer over a wide range by a method in which a leveller weight placed on the surface of rubbele layer under water is vertically vibrated while moving it horizontally and the inclined angle and depth of the leveller weight are detected so as to control them constantly and also to maintain horizontal attitude at the bottom.
      CONSTITUTION: A vibration type underwater rubble layer leveller 7 is hung down, and a leveller weight 8 is placed on the surface of a rubble layer 3 under water. When a driving motor is operated to vertically vibrate the leveller weight 8, the leveller weight 8 moves horizontally but the undulatory upside of the rubble layer 3 is inclined or changed in depth. The variations in the inclination and depth are detected from the inclined angle and projected amount of the projected portion out of the water surface of a manhole-like body 16. Then, the moving rate of the weight 12 and a tension acting on a wire 4 are controlled to control the depth and attitude of the weight 12.

    • PURPOSE:To equally stir and mix a ground improving agent in the ground by a method wherein when the soft ground is stirred, mixed and strengthened with a ground improving agent, and a processing machine is penetrated and pulled out of the ground, a ground improving agent can be exhausted into the ground. CONSTITUTION:In a system which excavates the ground, pours a milk cement and stirs the ground, two or more transmission shafts 3 are held by a driven pipe pile 1 and connect a hollow stirring shaft 5 having an excavating and stirring wing 4A and a stirring wing 4 B by means of a coupling 6. And further, a hollow ground improving agent pouring pipe 9 is held by the driven pipe pile 1 so as to slide vertically along the pile 1 and a valve case 13 of the pouring pipe 9 and a hollow stirring shaft 5 is connected through a connecting pipe 17. The stirring shaft 5 is rotated by the power of a driving part 7 and while the ground is excavated with the excavating and stirring wing 4A, or the stirring shaft 5 is being pulled out, a ground improving agent such as a cement milk etc., is exhausted from an exhaust port 15 at the point of the pouring pipe 9 and a ground improving agent exhaust port 12 which moves into a hollow stirring shaft through the connection pipe 17, thus, stirring and mixing equally the agent and the ground with the stirring wings 4B and 4A.
