摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent stuffiness and to improve comfortableness by fixing a mechanism for making air flow from a side base surface to a cushion body direction so as to absorb moisture from the side base surface and discharge the absorbed moisture with respect to a seat composed of the constitution members of a cushion body, a side base for covering it and wadding. SOLUTION: An U-shaped installation base 2 recessed in an upper direction is formed, the holes having the holes diameter of about 3 mm are formed on the inner surface to be in contact with this seat 1 of the installation base 2 at the rate of 2 pieces/cm and a space 3 capable of passing through the air is formed on an outer frame and the inner surface. The space 3 is made dividable and is formed so as to open and close the holes. Also, while the flow-in port of the air is formed near the side base surface, the discharge port of the air is formed near the cushion body. Thus, the air is made to flow from the side base surface within the constitution member to the cushion body direction at the flow rate of 50-200 cm /cm /sec, the stuffiness is prevented and the comfortableness is improved. For the side base and the wadding, it is desirable that a surface is hydrophobic and a side base back surface is hydrophilic.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a tip core for safety shoes having physical property strength fit for a standard of a JIS T8101 leather shoes, safety shoes L kind while being lightweight, and a manufacturing method thereof. CONSTITUTION:This tip core for safety shoes is formed by molding a sheet-like material to meet the requirements for the following A to D. A : the sheet-like material is composed of reinforced fibers and thermoplastic resin, and B : the volume content of the reinforced fibers in the sheet-like material is 30% to 80%, and C : the reinforced fibers are substantially untwisted, and the average fiber length is 10mm to 50mm, and D : the reinforced fibers are uniformly dispersed in the thermoplastic resin. A manufacturing method of the tip core for the safety shoes has a process to manufacture the sheet-like material from a tape-like material in a condition where at least 70% of the total number of reinforced fibers are wetted by the thermoplastic resin.
