    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste plastic continuous treating apparatus which prevents attachment of a melt plastic to a decomposition tank and also recovers oil components by continuously separating the oil components from residues.
SOLUTION: The apparatus has a decomposition tank 1 wherein a melted plastic is introduced and the oil component of the melted plastic is separated by heating from the peripheral part, a stirring means 2 which stirs the melted plastic in the decomposition tank 1 and a residue discharge means 3 which is located at the bottom part of the decomposition tank 1 and discharge the residues wherein the oil components are removed from the melted plastic. The stirring means 2 has agitating blades 21 and 22 for promoting leveling of temperature distribution and properties of the melted plastic in the decomposition tank and a driving means for rotating the agitating blades, and the residue discharge means 3 has a residue discharge screw 36 for discharging the residue residing at the bottom part of the decomposition tank, a screw casing 32 which lodges the residue discharge screw, a driving means for rotating the residue discharge screw, etc.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus used for continuously converting waste plastics into an oil and being capable of measuring the weight, flow rate, inventory, level, etc., of the melt by providing valves, a branching pipe and a melt sampling chamber with the main pipe of an apparatus consisting of an extruder for kneading mixed waste plastics containing vinyl chloride polymers. SOLUTION: This invention provides an apparatus for continuously thermally converting waste plastics containing vinyl chloride polymers into an oil, wherein a branching pipe 24 is provided in the main pipe 4a at the inlet of a heat decomposition furnace 5, the pipe 24 is connected through a valve 26 to a chamber 25 for collecting a melt of waste plastics, a valve 28 is provided in the main pipe in position downstream of the branching point of the branching pipe. During an ordinary operation, the valve 26 is kept shut. When the flow rate of the melt is measured, the valve 28 is shut to sample the melt in a container 30, and the melt is weighed with a weight meter 29. The residue is taken out in a container 17 within a residue discharge chamber 16 and weighed with a weighing meter 32. The flow rate, inventory, etc., of the melt are estimated from these measurements.

    • PURPOSE:To promote space-saving as well as to monitor a machined state in a workpiece in an efficient manner by setting up a traveling rail of an automatic conveyor apparatus in the air, while mounting a hand for holding a tool and conveying it and an apparatus with a monitoring function both on this automatic conveyor apparatus. CONSTITUTION:A traveling rail 19 of an automatic conveyor apparatus 8 is set up in the air, while a hand 28 for holding a tool 21 and conveying it and each apparatus with a monitoring function are mounted on this conveyor apparatus 18. As for the apparatus, usually a camera and a microphone or the like are used, by way of example, but a communication equipment is added as well, thus the automatic conveyor apparatus can be set to a midpoint of information. The automatic conveyor apparatus 18 is traveled on this rail 19, through which space is effectively utilizable. With this constitution, space saving is well promotable and, what is more, a machined state or the like in a workpiece 23 can be efficiently monitored.
