    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for liquefying waste plastics which consists of a distillation means for recovering an oil by heat-decomposing a feedstock containing a plasticizer, a halide and a waste plastic and a specified means for preventing the stoppage of the pipes with the decomposition product of the plasticizer to prolong the life of the apparatus as a whole. SOLUTION: This apparatus consists of a distillation means, desirably a main tower 1 and a stripper 7 or a plurality of distillation towers wherein a feedstock containing a plasticizer (e.g. DOP), a halide (e.g. PVC) and a waste plastic is heat-decomposed and the produced oil is recovered. The apparatus is further provided with a cooling means 8 for separating the decomposition product (e.g. phthalic anhydride) of the plasticizer from the heat decomposition gas or liquid. Namely, phthalic anhydride as the product of decomposition of the plasticizer has a boiling point of 285 deg.C and is distilled together with an oil 6-3 equivalent to a heavy gas oil when distilled. This mixture is sent to the condenser 8, where the phthalic anhydride is crystallized. The crystallized phthalic anhydride is separated and sent to a tank 9 and recovered. Thus, the pipes can be prevented from being stopped with the phthalic anhydride.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for analyzing constituents of waste plastic capable of speedily and reliably determining a percentage content of a plurality of types of plastic materials from the waste plastic.
      SOLUTION: A gas chromatography intensity of the waste plastic is determined by a gas chromatography measuring part 12. A gas chromatography matrix created on the basis of the gas chromatography intensity previously determined on each plastic material is stored in an arithmetic part 13. The arithmetic part 13 determines the percentage content of each plastic materials on the basis of both the inverse matrices of the gas chromatography matrices and the gas chromatography intensity determined by the gas chromatography measuring part.
