    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency magnetic field generating element, a magnetic head, a magnetic head assembly and a magnetic recording medium for improving the recording density.SOLUTION: The high-frequency magnetic field generating element according to an embodiment comprises a first fixed layer, a first free layer, and a second free layer. The first fixed layer has a fixed direction of magnetization, which includes a component parallel to the first direction. The first free layer is laminated with the first fixed layer. The first free layer has a variable direction of magnetization, which includes a component perpendicular to the first direction. The second free layer is laminated with the first fixed layer. The second free layer has a variable direction of magnetization, which includes a component perpendicular to the first direction. The first fixed layer is provided between the first free layer and the second free layer. Magnetization of the first free layer and magnetization of the second free layer are oscillated by the current which flows into the first free layer, the second free layer, and the first fixed layer. The rotative direction of the magnetization in the oscillation of the first free layer is opposite to the rotative direction of the magnetization in the oscillation of the second free layer.

The supply of the vapors to the reaction furnace 1 is stopped after the prescribed time and the gaseous O2 is supplied into the reaction furnace 1 upon lapse of some time. This stage is repeated several tens times, by which the thin film of the oxide superconductor consisting of the single crystal is obtd. at a prescribed thickness over the entire surface.
