CONSTITUTION:Thermally coupled 1st-4th heat pipe groups 11-14 arranged nearly symmetrically with respect to a panel 10 are imbeded thereto, and a main travelling wave tube (main TWT) 17a, a main high voltage power supply 18a, a redundancy group travelling wave tube (redundancy group TWT) 17b and a redundancy group high voltage power supply 18b are mounted on the panel 10 opposite to the heat pipe groups 1-14. Thus, the heat dissipated from the main TWT 17a and the main high voltage power supply 18a or the redundancy group TWT 17b and the redundancy group high voltage power supply 18b is delivered from the high temperature side toward the low temperature side respectively via the heat pipes 15, 16 respectively and dissipated. Thus, the temperature distribution of the panel 10 is always kept uniform and efficient heat dissipation is attained.

    • PURPOSE:To simplify constitution, to reduce weight, to perform high reliable control for a long period by a method wherein working fluid on the delivery side and the suction side of a circulating pump are fed to an accumulator through control of first and second release valves, and through control of first and second pressure regulating valves, a two-phase fluid loop passage is pressurized and the pressure thereof is reduced by means of working liquid. CONSTITUTION:A two-phase fluid loop type heat control device feeds working fluid on the delivery side of a circulating pump 11 to an accumulator 12 through a release valve 18. Simultaneously, by reducing a pressure at the one end connected to a two-phase fluid loop passage 10 is controlled through a first pressure regulating valve 23, working liquid is discharged to the loop passage 10 to pressurize the loop passage 10. Working fluid on the suction side of the pump 11 is fed through an on-off valve 21, and by pressurizing a pressure at the one end connected to the loop passage 10 through control of a second pressure regulating valve 24, working liquid of the loop passage 10 flows in to reduce the pressure of the loop passage 10. Thus, loading of a consumption good on a space flying body can be reduced, weight is reduced, and high reliable control is realized for a long period.

    • PURPOSE:To increase the loading amount of a loaded heating element by expanding and folding a heat radiation member corresponding to the operation and non-operation of heating elements loaded on plural heat-exchanger panels accommodated in a structure main body. CONSTITUTION:A heating element 12 is loaded on a heat-exchanger panel 11. A working fluid is sealed in a pipeline 13, and a heat radiation member 15 is disposed in the middle portion of the pipeline. The heat radiation member 15 is disposed on a structure main body 10 in such a manner as to be freely expanded and folded through a folding-expanding mechanism 16. Accordingly, when the heating element 12 is operated, the folding-expanding mechanism 16 is controlled to drive, whereby the heat radiation member 15 is expanded. During the non-operation state where the operation of the heating element 12 is stopped, the folding-expanding mechanism 16 is reversed to fold the heat radiation member 15. By this arrangement, the installation area for the heating element can be substantially increased, so that the heating element can be increased.

    • PURPOSE: To perform thermal control of space flying body mounting equipment without generating a gas-liquid mixed phase area by arranging a plurality of rows of heat transfer paths communicating liquid passages and steam passages with grooves formed at the inner peripheral wall, through communicating grooves, and filling an operating medium to be circulated between the paths and a radiator. CONSTITUTION: Heat transfer paths 13 communicating liquid passages 16 and steam passages 15 provided with liquid conveying paths 18 based on a capillary phenomenon with a plurality of recessed grooves axially formed at an inner peripheral wall, through communicating grooves 19 are arranged in a plurality of rows to form a heat exhanger unit 10. Space flying body mounting equipment 12 is provided on the upper face of the heat exchanger unit 10. An operating medium 17 cooled by a radiator is fed to the liquid conveying paths 18 of the steam passages 15 from the liquid passages 16 through the communicating grooves 19 and made into steam by heat from the mounting equipment to perform specified heat exchange. The operating medium 17 is separated into gas and liquid, and a gas-liquid mixed phase area is not generated even in an agravity state so as to pre-vent abnormal vibration or the like caused by the generation of bubbles.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent entrance of inactive gas through simple constitution and to perform efficient heat transport of a liquid loop in gravity-free environment by a method wherein working fluid is separated and contained in two spots in the vicinity of working fluid outlet and inlet at the ends across a liquid storage tank, and steam is contained at the intermediate part of the working fluid in a state to separate gas away from liquid. CONSTITUTION:Working fluid 11 in an amount more surplus than a total content volume is guided to a fluid loop through a line 14 and a first line 13 and contained in a liquid storage tank 10 in a state to separate steam 12 away from working fluid. When the vaporizing and condensing temperature of a liquid loop is increased, a command signal is inputted from a command part to a regulating control part 19. In which case, the control part 19 heats a second line 15 by charging a heater 16 with a current, steam is generated at the line 15 to feed steam to the steam containing part of the liquid storage tank 10. As a result, a pressure in the liquid storage tank 10 is increased, and a pressure in the liquid storage tank 10 is detected by a pressure detecting sensor 20. When the pressure attains a set value, the control part 19 disconnects the feed of a current to the heater 16 to stop drive, and a pressure in the liquid storage tank 10 is held at a set value.
