    • Provided is a cooled casing type electric motor, which is cooled by dipping the casing of a stator frame (2) in a coolant. A thermally conductive member layer (15) is formed in a clearance (13) between the back of a stator iron core (1), which is obtained by bringing an electromagnetic steel plate (11) into contact with the inner wall face of the stator frame (2) to fix the plate in the laminated state, and the inner wall face of the stator frame (2). The thermally conductive member layer (15) is made mainly of a graphite sheet, and may be mounted on either the back of the stator iron core (1) or the inner wall face of the stator frame (2). The clearance (13), which might otherwise exist between the back of the stator iron core (1) and the inner wall face of the stator frame (2) so that it would obstruct the radiation of the heat generated in the operation by the stator iron core (1) and transferred to the stator frame (2), thereby to drop the cooling performance of a stator winding (3), can be eliminated to provide the cooled casing type electric motor having an excellent cooling performance.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dynamo-electric machine and its cooling method for uniformizing a temperature of a stator coil within a stator core and reducing the maximum temperature of the stator coil. SOLUTION: In the dynamo-electric machine 30D and its cooling method, a cooling gas 38 is cooled by a gas cooler 41, and introduced into a cooling gas chamber 61 as the cooling gas 38 is in a cooled state. In a stator ventilation duct 54F disposed from the cooling gas chamber 61 to a stator 35D, the temperature within the stator 35D is uniformized and the maximum temperature is reduced by radially and inwardly flowing the cooling gas 38 to the stator core 55, arranging so as to insert the stator ventilation duct into only a face of the stator coil 58 located downstream of the cooling gas 38 flowing in an air gap 34, flowing the cooling gas 38 to the face of the stator coil 58 without a spring 79 and a spacer as a thermal resistance, and forming a ventilation duct 68 provided with a notch 78 in a stator wedge 67A used for the stator 35D.     • PURPOSE:To surely and continuously recover a vapor deposited material stuck to a vapor recovering plate under liquefying, to enable continuous operation for long time and to provide a vacuum vapor depositing apparatus economically profitable by dividing the vapor recovering plate into plural zones and periodically varying temp. distribution at each zone. CONSTITUTION:Metal vapor 10 vaporized toward a different direction from a substrate in a vacuum vessel of the vacuum vapor depositing apparatus, is stuck to the vapor recovering plate 21 and the formed vapor deposited film 13 is heated, melted and recovered. The above vapor recovering plate 21 set symmetrically to right and left directions inclined from a upper part to a diagonal lower part of the substrate is divided into plural small area zones 22 toward a direction with a right angle to the inclining surface. In each zone 22, a heater is independently set and electric source output is periodically varied with control means so as to be possible to control at different temp. By periodically varying the temp. of heater according to recovering time, the temp. distribution in each zone 22 is varied to high temp. low temp. intermediate temp. high temp. Therefore, as the melting zone in the vapor deposited film 13 is shifted to the inclining direction in order, the vapor deposited film 13 stuck to the vapor recovering plate 21 can surely be recovered without detaching and falling down.
