摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently inspect the hermetic seal inferiority of a hermetically sealed container. SOLUTION: In a large leak inspection part 16, columnar containers 4 are arranged to the peripheral part of a rotary table 14 at a constant interval. At this time, a control unit judges that the container is a good product. When there is a leak, the top surface does not expand by suction and the proximity sensor 12 outputs no signal. At this time, the control unit judges that the container is inferior and operates an exclusion mechanism 16 to exclude the container 4. In a leak inspection part 8, negative pressure is applied to the end surface of the container 4 to leak content which is, in turn, photographed by a camera to judge quality.
