    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the clogging due to a dry-solidification of a content remaining in the leading end nozzle after a filling operation for a liquid filling nozzle device. SOLUTION: This liquid filling nozzle device is equipped with an external cylinder 1 being equipped with a leading end nozzle 2 at the lower end, and a filler content feeding port 6 at an upper part, a movable shaft 11 which is fitted in the external cylinder 1 and is slidably movable by an actuator 18 being attached to the top of the external cylinder in the vertical direction, a movable valve 15 which is attached at the lower end part 13 of the movable shaft 11 slidably in the longitudinal direction of the movable shaft 11, and is urged downward in the longitudinal direction, and comes into contact with the upper internal surface of the leading end nozzle 2, and a cylindrical valve seat 14 which can be tightly joined to the peripheral surface of the movable valve 15. Then, blow air (a) which is fed through an air passage 12 which goes through the inside of the movable shaft 11 from the upper end to the lower end 13, is jetted from the leading end nozzle 2.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an air reservoir from develop between a window film and a container internal film by a method wherein at a location corresponding with a through hole internal edge of the window film, a crushed part for which a packaging material and the window film are crushed together to tilt the surface of the window film, is formed. SOLUTION: A through hole 3 which is made on a packaging material 2, is covered by laminating a film 4 with a gas barrier property from the inside of a container, and in addition, a window film 5 which is larger than the size of the through hole 3 is arranged from the outside of the container. Then, a heat-sealing is done extending from the film 4 which is exposed on the through hole 3 to the surface of the packaging material 2 around the through hole, and a pouring port 6 is made on a superposed part of the window film 5 and the film 4. When the heat-sealing is done, the lower surface of a seal head is made larger than the diameter of the through hole 3, and a crushed part 16 wherein the surface of the window film 5 is tilted, is formed. By doing so, an air reservoir is prevented from developing between the window film 5 and the film 4, and the heat-sealing is properly performed.

    • PURPOSE:To permit a completely aseptic filling and a filling in constant amount even in the case of the liquid containing solid by providing the piston sliding parts of a three-way valve, a weighing part and a filling part with steam barrier mechanisms. CONSTITUTION:The piston sliding parts of a three-way valve 20, a weighing part 30 and a filling part 40 are provided with steam-barrier mechanisms 38 and 48 to prevent the intrusion of contaminated external air through said sliding parts. In order to perform steam disinfection, the three-way valve 20 is first positioned to cause communication between a storing part 10 and the weighing part 30 and then repositioned to cause communication between the weighing part 30 and the filling part 40. For the disinfection of the weighing part 30, a piston 31 is moved downwardly to permit the passage of the steam and for the disinfection of the filling part 40, a piston 42 is moved upwardly to permit the passage of steam through a cylinder. Since the flow of the liq. to be filled is switched between the storing part 10, the weighing part 30 and the filling part 40 using the three-way valve 20, even in the case of the liq. contg. solid, there is no possibility of lodging the solid in valve parts and hence changing the amount of the filling liq.
