    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground improvement body creating device and its construction method for preventing excessive agitation of a hardener, and improving agitating efficiency. SOLUTION: This ground improvement body creating device 10 has a rod part 11 capable of advancing/retreating and rotating and a monitor part 12, for creating a solidification body by injecting the hardener into a drilled hole formed in the object ground. The monitor part 12 has a pair of agitating blades 13a and 13b mutually vertically extending in the opposite direction to a shaft, and at least a pair of nozzle ports 14a and 14b opening in a side surface for injecting the hardener.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an embedding method for a non-cut and cover pipe capable of reducing the frictional resistance between a pipe material and ground and smoothly inserting the pipe into the ground and obtaining a sufficiently long embedding length and improving the efficiency of the whole embedding work. SOLUTION: As a vibrating means is integrally arranged in a connection means 14 to vibrate a pipe material in the ground when diametrically broadening the ground by a reamer 13 and drawing in the pipe material 20, it prevents the ground 30 at the periphery of the pipe material 20 from closely sticking to the ground 30, and it accelerates intrusion of fluid for excavation in between the pipe material 20 and the ground 30 to reduce the frictional resistance therebetween. Hence, a limit in which the pipe material can be drawn in without breakage on the way can be widened and the embedding distance brought by one time of drawing pipe can be set longer and the number of a series of works of drilling and drawing in of pipes can be reduced to enable remarkable reduction of the construction period and cost.
