SOLUTION: This ground improvement body creating device 10 has a rod part 11 capable of advancing/retreating and rotating and a monitor part 12, for creating a solidification body by injecting the hardener into a drilled hole formed in the object ground. The monitor part 12 has a pair of agitating blades 13a and 13b mutually vertically extending in the opposite direction to a shaft, and at least a pair of nozzle ports 14a and 14b opening in a side surface for injecting the hardener.
