      SOLUTION: This cured concrete investigation method comprises: a first process for drilling cured concrete by a drill hammer 1 having a suction device and an airtight dust collection container stored with drilled powder sucked by the suction device, and collecting the drilled powder generated by the drilling in an airtight state; and a second process for measuring the total salt content included in the cured concrete by absorptiometry with the drilled powder as the sample.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing structure for a reinforced concrete column, capable of securing higher aseismatic property by preventing buckling of anchor reinforcements added to an existing reinforced concrete column.
      SOLUTION: A steel plate is wound upright on the outer peripheral surface of an existing reinforced concrete column, and a flange 13 is integrally formed on the outer periphery of the steel plate. The flange and a footing on which the reinforced concrete column is placed upright are connected together by a plurality of anchor reinforcements 15. A locking mechanism 17 which engages the anchor reinforcements with the flange only when external forces in a tensile direction work on the anchor reinforcements is provided between the anchor reinforcements and the flange.
