摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an industrial method and an apparatus for forming a high-concentration polymer film, capable of forming a waterproof layer securing excellent adhesion even when an objective material is in a wet state, preventing swelling and having excellent freezing and thawing resistance, capable of improving mixability and dispersibility and forming the waterproof layer having a uniform and arbitrary thickness. SOLUTION: This apparatus comprises a mixer 4 for producing a slurried main material 5 by kneading and stirring a high-concentration polymer emulsion 1 having 50-80% solid content concentration for cement admixture with a cement-based hydraulic inorganic material 2 which is reacted with the water of the emulsion and forms ettringite, a first pump 6 for feeding the slurried main material under pressure, a second pump 8 for feeding a hardening promoter of the cement-based hydraulic inorganic material 2, a nozzle 7 for mixing the slurried main material 5 fed under pressure with a hardening promoter 3 while atomizing the mixture by compressed air and spraying the mixture upon the objective material and a compressor 9 for supplying compressed air to the nozzle 7.
