摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strong paint film waterproof layer in a short time by performing waterproof lining by a superspeed-curing polyurethane composition and synthetic short fiber after primary lining by an a quick solidifying cement composition is performed on an excavating surface. SOLUTION: Primary lining is performed by spraying an quick solidifying cement composition on an excavating surface. This quick solidifying cement composition contains cement, water and an quick solidifying agent. Next, waterproof lining having a layer thickness of 3 to 30 mm by a superspeed-curing polyurethane composition and synthetic short fiber is performed. A two- component type polyurethane composition or the like containing a prepolymer having an isocyanate group on the tail end and an active hydrogen compound is used as this superspeed-curing polyurethane composition. Polyole and/or polyamine or the like are used as the active hydrogen compound. Vinylon, nylon and acrylic resin or the like having a diameter of 5 to 500 and a length of 0.5 to 30mm are used as the synthetic short fiber. Therefore, a strong paint film waterproof layer can be obtained in an extremely short time.

The discharge port of the resin discharging path 1b faces the part. The mixing chamber 1d made additionally larger in the bore is arranged in front of the air pipeline 1a. In this case, leakage of compressed air is prevented by forming an airtight layer 51 by permeating heavy muddy water in a radial shape from an inner wall surface of the vertical type space by supplying the heavy muddy water being bentonite muddy water containing particulate barite under high pressure. The compressed air generated by driving a compressor by using midnight power is sent/supplied/accumulated in this storage tank 5 through an air sending pipe 7. Electric power is generated by supplying this compressed air to a power generation plant in a floating structure 3 by substituting the heavy muddy water stored in the liquid storage pond 2 with the compressed air in the storage tank 5.

Then, cracks 51 occur to concrete between on positions facing the front and the rear of a section-reducing body 20 with stress produced inside the wall body 50 by heat of hydration of concrete concentrated to places in small sections in the wall body 50. Then, the cracks 51 are filled with the mending agent injected through the section-reducing body 20.
